This is an excellent place to stay when visiting Hocking Hills. Location is great because there is less twisty-turny roads to get to the parks. And, because it is south of the parks, it's a little cheaper.And the house was fantastic. Spacious, quit, clean, well-supplied, and tastefully decorated. Everything we could ask for. Would definitely choose this house again.

We loved this little cabin. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and had plenty of entertainment with fire pit, hot tub, and outdoor seating. This was a lovely home, which was comfortably furnished. The beds, indoor and outdoor furniture were perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and very well labeled. The hot tub was tucked nicely in the backyard and it felt private. Communication was simple and efficient. This is a great place to stay if you are checking out Hocking Hills.

This home was everything we asked for. It was in a great location to feel remote, yet only a few minutes drive to the Hocking hills hiking areas and/or local conveniences. The home was very clean and well supplied with all the kitchen amenities you would need to enjoy meals at the house. Hot tub was clean nice and clean and very welcome after a long day of hiking even though we stayed in the July heat. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The beds were Sealy posturpedoc hybrid mattresses with Bamboo pillows and super comfortable. Rare to see this quality and not just some cheap Amazon mattress and junk pillows. Very comfortable common areas with huge TV which made it nice to unwind after a long day. Highly recommend this place and when I come back, I will definitely plan my trip on availability of this unit!

Our Stay

Our stay was amazing, the host communicated everything and suggested places to go and things that were taking place in town. The winery is only 6 min from the property and we had a blast, if you’re staying here, you should definitely check it out. The host provided us with plenty of supplies for 6 people to spend the weekend. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the host and the stay.

This house was very nice with really great decor. We traveled with our two older teen children and they loved that they had their own rooms! The house contained absolutely everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The beds were very comfortable and each room had a fan which was great for us! Plenty of outlets for charging phones, etc. Having two full bathrooms was great for the 4 of us. The main bathroom was awesome and had a great shower in it! The showers were hot and they even had a dispenser in them for shampoo, conditioner and body wash if needed. The soaker tub in the main bathroom looked really nice (but I didn’t get a chance to use it). They had plenty of towels to use for our stay which was great. Everything was labeled in the kitchen and I really don’t think you would need anything besides food and specific spices. We had a lot of rain so we didn’t use the fire pit or grill that is out side, but they looked really nice. We did get to use the hot tub a few times which was very nice after a day out and about and hiking.It was situated within a short 20-30 minute drive to all the hocking hills falls and caves. The driveway and parking was very accessible for a vehicle without AWD/4WD. The host was very nice and had great suggestions of the area and was very responsive. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for more privacy and a really nice spacious house!

Perfect place to rent in Hocking Hills. Great location. Local winery was fun. Cleanliness was outstanding. Only improvement would be a shade umbrella on the back patio.

This is our second home and we enjoy it and we look forward to sharing with others! I’m a multi-faceted person of sorts. We chose this location because of the peace and solitude it brings. When we're there, we find it hard to leave! There is so much to do in the region and nearby Hocking Hills and while at the cabin, we really enjoy the wildlife and woods.

We have a generally flat driveway which makes this property unique to most cabins in the area. Parking for four vehicles including one that is pulling a trailer works well here. And in the back, it's extremely private and so peaceful. Tons of wildlife come around too including white tail deer, wild turkey, birds of all feathers and so much more.
