Greetings! Our family is renting our mountainside home at the Park Hyatt Residence Club in the heart of Beaver Creek Village from Saturday, June 29 to Saturday, July 6, 2024. The Park Hyatt is a ski-in/ski-out luxury residence club condo steps away from shops, restaurants, and Beaver Creek Mountain. Our 3 bedroom unit type is the largest at the Residences with three full en-suite bathrooms. and has full residence/property amenities and privileges.

With sweeping views from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, the Park Hyatt is a perfect year-round escape within Colorado’s Vail Valley.

Classic European charm meets modern luxury in this exceptional, three bedroom, three bath residence. Stunning hardwood floors lead you into the residence past the gourmet kitchen, featuring marble countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room and dining area have a comfortable elegance complete with custom furnishings and classic mountain fabrics. A crackling gas fireplace awaits, inviting you to sink in and relax after a full day on the mountain, in the village of Beaver Creek or the larger Vail Valley .

The master suite is a lavish retreat, featuring a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, large closets and ensuite marble bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub. The second and third bedrooms both feature a split king bed that can be made up as a king bed or be separated to two twins for your comfort and convenience. Guests in these bedrooms also enjoy flat-screen TVs and ensuite full marble bathrooms. The queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room accommodates up to two additional guests, with the residence sleeping a total of eight.

The unit has a full size washer and dryer, daily housekeeping services, bathrobes and slippers, gas fireplace, and dining room table that seats 10.

As guests at a home in the Residences, you will have complimentary access to all of the Park Hyatt amenities including the Exhale spa, expansive fitness center, outdoor heated pool, 5 hot tubs, room service, concierge services, firepit smores, valet for TWO automobiles and much more!
The Park Hyatt Concierge will be happy to help you plan your amazing summer July 4th week in the mountains! Summer area activities include Family mountain biking, golf, hiking, fly fishing, hot air ballooning, horseback riding and white water rafting.

We invite you to take part in the family friendly festivities in Harry A. Nottingham Park with face painters, holiday themed stilt walkers, balloon sculptors, magicians, inflatable fun houses and so much more! Bring your blanket and enjoy festival style food favorites from fresh squeezed lemonade and funnel cakes to turkey legs and roasted ears of corn. Live music from Grammy Award winning artists is sure to keep you dancing and singing, followed by one of the biggest fireworks show in Colorado over Nottingham Lake!

July 4th Beaver Creek
Celebrate Independence Day at Beaver Creek in true star-spangled fashion! Join us for a carnival of food and fun with kids activities, live music, and so much more! For the spirited youngsters, the stars, stripes and slides playground will leave them high flying with joy. Wrap up the holiday's festivities with an incredible firework display!
