Great location

Condo was located near restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Pool and hot tub were great as was access to the beach. Any concerns we had when arriving were quickly and politely addressed by management.

Maderia Beach Stay

The studio was ready when we arrived. Everything was clean and just as shown in the VRBO site. Communication with the owners was great, they always responded right away. We were only disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not working due to the hurricane damage, but it was being worked on. There was only one elevator working and that didn't work twice, so we had to go up nine floors on the stairs! The view from the studio made it all worthwhile.

Nice location

We loved the location, condo was ok. The floor was not too clean white socks took a beating, only had one usable wash cloth as the only other one was stained and I would not use it, the bed linen is so thin and no mattress pad on the bed. The stove and oven needed a good scrubbing top of the stove was very stained with burnt on food, the large glass coffee table was scary as we were so afraid we might hit it and cause it to fall off the base. I realize this is a rental and not my home but the few issues I listed would really make a difference.

Great location and a wonderful view!!!

ITrip sent us on time all needed information. Checkin with code was very convenient. It was great to have a reserved parking lot. The view from the balcony was amazing. We watched the pelicans, dolphins and the sunset while we had breakfast or dinner on the balcony. Restaurants, live music and a grocery store were very close. There is also a bus stop in the front of the building. We enjoy the heated pool and the hot tube. The location right on the beach is so wonderful. The condo was not clean at the checkin, there weren't enough beach towels, the bed sheet was torn and there was no replacement and the air conditioning does't work. We informed iTrip and they have rapidely responded. We missed a beach umbrella. The leather couch and the furniture on the balcony could be updated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and part of a larger facility

The studio was exactly as pictured and described in the photos. The kitchen equipment and utensils were perfect for our use. The in-room laundry equipment was excellent to have. The living area and balcony are excellent with a wonderful view of the beach. The Murphy Bed is fine though we didn't find it as comfy as described. The washroom is in a good location and, though the shower is a bit tired, it works well. The beach equipment was very old and "the worst on the beach". The umbrella end was rusted off and would not go in the sand and it was so small and thin it was useless. The chairs were good but the headrests were (moldy?) black. There was a couple of pool noodles and a ball but no cooler. The general area is great. A very short walk to the Winn Dixie grocery store and a number of restaurants providing variety from Bistro to pub. The Public Bus system is easy to use and very convenient from Clearwater to St. Pete.

Small quaint condo

Great ocean view. Small space but good enough for 2. Very surprised the Murphy bed was very comfortable. Downside...pots ,pans,silverware ,utensils were awful. The cleaning service is not thorough. Wipe down at most.the couch was leather and nice except cleaners have never cleaned it. Very dirty. There was quite a few repairs as far as screen door not sliding,bathroom wall looked like child painted,door handle on bathroom to small for the hole. But I know the owners sometimes don't live near by and trust in the people they hire..u may want to hire new cleaners and maintenance.but location is great. Great Ocean view. Great pool and beach access. Has lots of amenities. Would stay again providing you look into cleaners and maintenance. We understand you may not be aware of it and would like you to know because you have a great place and that's your investment and don't want poor workers to hurt you and let your piece of paradise get ruined😁

Three Mondays in Madeira Beach

Morning coffee on balcony searching for pods and evenings enjoying sunsets dipping into the Gulf while pelicans fly in front of your face. Decisions after local golf were pool, tub or gulf water holes. Every type of anchor level stores are in walking distance, as well as several restaurants and live music venues. Superior location for beach front fun. Counting the days until our return.

Wonderful view!!!!!

Everything went smoothly throughout the rental process, we received on time the needed info regarding passwords and unit info. The bed was very confortable, the location was perfect. Although the Condo was comfortable it was outdated and need some good care. The agency people were very nice and responded rapidely. Overall we had a nice stay

Great Location

Property was not cleaned prior to us checking in and I informed Itrips who manages it. I do not blame them I know stuff happens. They gave us 4 free tickets to the area attractions instead of the two that come with the rental. They also refunded the cleaning fee for us. Which was nice. We accidentally left behind a small box and I called them after we had got home in Chicago and informed them it was there and they mailed it to us priority mail right away at no extra expense. I would definitely rent from them again in the future. Some of the fixtures need to be updated. And just a suggestion, I wish they would have had more comfortable chairs on the balcony. If they could update those to more of a lounging type chair not those little plastic ones. But the location right on the beach is great. You literally walk out the door through the parking garage and you’re there on the sand.

Just a thought

Mopping supply would have been nice,as I didn’t like the feel of the floor just sweeping it.Please 3 wash cloths aren’t enough for 2 week stay.More bedding change ( at least 2 sets)I actually wasn’t sure of who to contact for those little extras.Overall I liked the convenience of washer/ dryer in room.Air above bed was a little much.And I being older didn’t know that I was to be looking for PIN numbers in a email.I thought everything I needed to know would be in the Vrbo App.So we didn’t get to stay our first night there,because no pin.Lesson learned.Thanks 4 stars out of 5

The view was amazing!

Bed is very comfortable for being a murphy bed. Keyless entry was very convenient. Close to restaurants, shops, food and drug stores. Again the view is priceless. Would definetly stay here again.

Great Location

Nice place, however, we had 3 issues upon arrival. The garbage disposal leaked, the TV had a large dark spot in the center of the screen, and the internet connection kept going down. The first 2 problems were quickly resolved with new replacements and although we were promised that the internet connection issue would be fixed, it never was. In fact, it started shutting down more frequently (5 times daily). The condo is located close to a grocery store, restaurants, and just about everything needed. We did not have a car and did not need one. The furniture was comfortable. The couch and loveseat had built-in recliners. The bed is a fairly new memory foam mattress. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. Only one suggestion, replace the current flatware. The metal coating is peeling and may be dangerous for food consumption.

Absolutely astonishing view!

The condo was really nice. The view was breathtaking. Loved being right on the gulf. Property owner was pleasant to work with and went out of their way to accommodate to unforeseen changes! Really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and the outdoor grill and tiki area.

Outstanding

This was one of the easiest and best experiences. Communication was excellent. Condo was very clean, with updated appliances, including well-functioning washer/dryer in unit. Towels were of good quality. Maintenance response to an issue with a non-flushing toilet was super quick - less than 1 hour. Bed was very comfortable. View from the 9th floor balcony - priceless.

We loved our stay at Ocean Sands condo 2-904! It was the perfect location along Madeira Beach with beautiful views from the balcony and was just the right size for the two of us. The murphy bed was quite comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and plenty of cabinet space, there was more than enough closet storage and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. It was also great to have a reserved parking space available to us. Everything was perfect except for the fact that it was not available for us next year. We really wished that this space had been offered to us first before booking it to someone else.

Everything was wonderful as usual! Easy check in using code. Well stocked apartment. Famous view of the beach and the gulf of Mexico! Pool not always open. Easy walking to shops, drugstore and grocery store. I ❤ Florida

Checking in is so easy with the code number. Apartment was very clean and plenty of towels. Kitchen is well stocked.Gorgeous view of the beach and beautiful sunsets! Location is so convenient for shopping.
