This charming bungalow-style home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in main house plus 1 bedroom in detached back unit. Recently renovated with beautiful light floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen with Viking stainless appliances and marble counter tops, abundant natural light with skylights in the living room and kitchen. Primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom and French doors to backyard. Great location in West LA. Driveway parking for 2+ cars.
Guests have full and private use of the entire house and property. There are 2 spots in the driveway in front of the gate. You can open the driveway gate if you want to fit more cars. Please note there is no street parking in this area (only 2 hours during the weekdays allowed).
Great central location on the West side: 5 min walk to Westside Pavilion, 10 min drive to downtown Culver city, 15 min drive to Abbot Kinney Blvd, 15 min drive to Santa Monica pier.

The gardener typically comes on Thursdays (please note schedule may change based on weather, etc.). He also comes to bring trash cans out and in on Monday/Tuesday.
Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance.
Guests are solely responsible to check themselves for personal items and remove them before check-out. If any items left behind are found, we take NO responsibility for their safekeeping in any way. As a courtesy, found items may be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica at a time that is possible based on our availability; we do not mail forgotten items nor take any responsibility for their storage, transport, nor condition at any time, even if we agree to arrange for pickup.
