Single level, 2210 sq ft, 6 guests max & 2 children under 12, w/ ottoman pullout twins only for under 60 pounds. The space Relax and enjoy all that Palm Springs has to offer in this brand-new luxury home featuring a private pool/jacuzzi, and located with unobstructed mountain, desert & lake views, a private community clubhouse with resort-style swimming pools, including a separate lap pool, breakfast and cocktail bar, a fully equipped gym, yoga studio, and multiple dog parks. Acres of olive groves with hiking and biking trails. A short trip downtown to Palm Springs' shops and restaurants, close to world-class golf, tennis, pickle ball, biking, hiking trails, the Living Desert Zoo, and more.
Enter through a private courtyard where you will find the pool and patio, perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining and relaxation. Interior spaces impress with an entry hall that leads to a versatile dining for up to 10/den/game/office room opposite glass doors that open to the pool with waterfall, jets and evening lights. Seamless great room with 75” TV and kitchen area, which incorporates a dining room for 8, an oversized island for 6 and a large folded pass-through window that opens to the poolside bar for 6. Other luxury details include 12-foot ceilings, clerestory windows, motorized blinds, ceiling fans in every room, high-end cabinetry and preferred Bertazzoni stainless steel and paneled appliances. All bedrooms have private baths, large screen TVs, dressers and hanging storage. The guest rooms have a new Beautyrest Harmony queen bed and pull-out ottoman twins, for children less than 60 pounds, and the primary is furnished with a new Beautyrest Harmony King and single daybed/ottoman for a child under 12 years of age.
The garage is beautifully sparkled epoxied and equipped with a split air conditioner/heater & EV charger so it’s always comfortable and your car is at an ideal temperature and charged when you wish to go places.
The pool heat is on-demand, and is not heated when it's not in use or when no guests are staying. It heats up at about 3 degrees per hour and it can get down into the 60's during the winter so if you want it heated upon your arrival please keep that in mind and notify us. It can be raised to hot tub temperatures as well. Pool includes a tanning shelf, umbrella slot, jets, waterfall and led lighting. For short term stays October through the end of May please ask me for pool heating fees. The amenity center pools and hot tub are always heated.
We have a pool cleaner scheduled every Monday and Thursday but despite that, the desert may have high winds that bring debris into the pool. We also have a pool skimmer hanging on the back waterfall wall for your use. During the summer from late June till September the average pool temperature can be 80 degrees+.
The outdoor shower has been adapted to also have hot water plumbed to it. All homes close escrow with only cold water showers outside.
Spaceless heater has been upgraded with a recirculating pump that delivers hot water to the sinks and showers much faster with a touch of a remote located at every sink.
The host has 2 Pedego electric bikes, one regular bike and a dog stroller available. Please contact host for waiver and any fees.
The community has a 6 night minimum and the maximum number of allowed adults dictated by bedroom count is 6. You can have an additional 2 children under the age of 12 but please communicate with host first to assure their safety and that small twin beds are made for their comfort.
City of Palm Springs Rules: Please do not create excessive noise or disturbances or engage in disorderly conduct. Please observe the following City of Palm Springs Rules and Regulations for Vacation Rentals.
NO outside amplified music is allowed; that includes music from a small cell phone or small portable speaker. Amplified MUSIC is not allowed outside of your Vacation Rental unit. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside of the home). Please, don’t bring the speakers outside If your neighbors can hear music, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.
POOL TIME is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful.
NIGHTTIME hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry.
A CALL from the neighbors to the City will bring the Vacation Rental Compliance Officers to your door. Our officers may issue you a citation if you exceed the allowed noise levels or if another violation is observed. So please, keep the noise down and be considerate of the neighbors. You may be on vacation, but other occupants in homes around your vacation home may not be.
Parking We have a limit of 3 cars (one per bedroom per city guidelines) at this property, please park all vehicles first in the garage then in the driveway. No street parking is permitted. Please abide by the OCCUPANCY limits. Daytime occupancy is 10 people between 10 am and 10 pm. Overnight occupancy is 6 with an exception of 2 less than 12 year old children with approval.
If you have gotten permission to bring a dog and paid a pet fee Palm Springs requires that all dogs, be on a leash whenever they are outside, except in the City’s or Miralon's Dog Parks. Also, we expect everyone to pick up after their pets especially in the easement area behind the homes pony wall. Coyotes abound so keep your pet safe and in your view at all times. Never leave your pet unattended in a vehicle; it is illegal and deadly to pets all year long. And just like at home, a barking or whining dog disturbs the neighbors.
You must notify us of any visitors, if you have more people than are on the reservation at the home and security is called you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
While this will not apply to 99% of you, If the city is called and comes and delivers a citation and fine, it will be issued, and you will be responsible to pay from your deposit. If the city comes a second time you will have to leave the home.
For any stay over 27 nights, a rental application may be required.
The City of Palm Springs ID #5341 Guest access The entire house and outside spaces are privately yours during your stay. We request that you set our Ring alarm system when you leave the house to protect your belongings and our home. There are security cameras pointing to the easement area behind the back and at the front gate. A ring video camera is at the front gate. Footage will not be monitored unless there is an incident. Lights turn on to notify you of any outdoor activity. No operational cameras are inside. The clubhouse, gym, pools and other amenities are yours to assess with one of the 4 provided entrance cards. The guest electric car charger in the club's parking lot is also assessable to you at no charge. We also have one in the garage that can deliver a full charge overnight. Other things to note Please contact Owner, Jo Anne about service and small dogs which are welcome, upon owner’s approval, and a $160 extra cleaning fee. Electric and regular bikes available with a signed waiver, commitment to lock and a small rental fee. Pool Heating to jacuzzi temps is available and at your control via a phone loaded with the home’s smart aps. We had a very memorable stay. The house was very clean and had full amenities. We were able to prepare food at home which made our stay even more relaxing allowing for good conversations. There was plenty of room for six adults. A lot of TLC has gone into this house.

Beautiful, clean, super fun house!
We had a perfect vacation at this awesome Palm Springs house. Jo Anne, the owner, has thought of everything for guests' comfort and leisure. My kids LOVED the super fun decor and we loved the high end features and very safe pool. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay in a super safe gated neighborhood so close to downtown PS. The amenities in the community were a great added bonus and the gym had everything you'd want. Thanks Jo Anne - we look forward to coming back!

The host and her property are an absolute vacationers dream! We spent our baby moon here and absolutely adored the house, the amenities and the views. I have never stayed somewhere that I’d be certain I’d be back but the Birds of Paradise is a place we are already eager to come back to.Everything we could need was made available to us along with so many other thoughtful touches along the way. We also enjoyed the community and everyone we met while there. Can’t wait to come back!
