Eine schöne geräumige Haus in einem kleinen Flussufer Gemeinde mit nur einer kurzen 100 Meter zu Fuß zum privaten Community Waterfront Park. Kanu, Kajak, Schwimmen, Förderleitung, Schnorcheln, Fischen oder Boot direkt aus dem Dock in der Regenbogen-Fluss. Nur wenige Minuten von den Oberläufen der Federn. Dies ist der ideale Ort für alle, die Wasser-Aktivitäten und die Natur liebt.

Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über begehbare Kleiderschränke und eigene Kommoden, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und offenen Grundriss. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man brauchen könnte ausgestattet.
Eine Stunde von Orlando und 45 Minuten für Gainesville, FL.

Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über begehbare Kleiderschränke und dort eigene Kommoden, das Haus ist sehr geräumig und offenen Grundriss. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man brauchen könnte ausgestattet.

Loved this property!

Stayed 4 months. Enjoyed the house and the proximity to the river. House was just remodeled with new appliances. The owner was easy to work with…. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay but be aware of the rude HOA people

Everything was great, short walk to the dock to get on the river. The HOA people just stop me on my way to the river and ask 100 questions .... It is a little uncomfortable. We invited 4 friends to come over and get on the river with us and that was a problem. Not sure why there is a limit on how many people go in the river with you. The limit is 6 people on the house but also on the river which we did not know. overall great place . Thank you for everythiing!

Great Location! Great owners!

We had just a short weekend stay but would have loved to spend more time there. The furnishings are a bit dated but just about everything you need is there and the location more than makes up for anything else!!! Private access to a maintained neighborhood park with dock, boat launch, and cleared swimming area. It was amazing! Our family had a fantastic time. Provided kayaks are sit on top singles, one child size and one midsize (double kayaks would be a fantastic addition for families with smaller children). There are also board games, pool noodles, rafts, life jackets, art supplies, and even a fishing pole. The owner was very responsive to inquiries. Thanks for a fantastic getaway!!!!

Great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable for 3 adults and 4 kids. The neighborhood seems to be extremely safe, so the kids could get up early and head to the dock to fish while we slept in. Crystal River, the state park and several good restaurants are within close proximity. We will hopefully be back soon!

Great house, great location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house, very close to the Rainbow River. We did many short floats down the river by trekking through the woods and putting our floats in the river just a little way up from this community's private dock. It is a fabulous location. The home itself is very nice with everything you could need - games, big TV, kayaks, floats, and lots more. It was a great long weekend.

Three great years!

Just finished our third winter at this "Family and Friends River get away." A great house, in a wonderful neighborhood with the well known Rainbow River just around the corner. Part of the deal is a delightful private park along the river. Bring along or rent a kayak for an afternoon on the water, sightseeing, fishing or just a relaxing float, or just sit and watch the river flow by. There is a horse shoe pit, volley ball and charcoal grills just waiting for someone to use then. Then there's golf at one of the many golf courses in the area. Hiking trails are close by, it is just a great place to hang your hat for awhile. A half hour drive takes you to the town of Crystal River on the Gulf. Owners Andre and Lori are the best, always responding to questions and concerns promptly. Neighbors welcomed us immediately even inviting us to their monthly luncheon. We had this idea to buy a home locally and told Andre and Lori when we found something and they should look for another tenant next year. A few days later we decided maybe this wasn't such a good idea and I called Andre. Our luck did not prevail and it had been rented! Our loss is another's gain so maybe another year we'll be back. Bottom line is you can't go wrong with this property. Bill and Marie

Great place to stay

My family and I had a great experience staying at this beautiful rental for the 4th of July weekend. The house was super clean and offered everything we would need to make it a great stay. It's in a great location just a short drive to town and walking distance to a private entrance to Rainbow River. The owners are super nice and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this listing for your next vacation. We will definitely be back. God Bless!

Lovely home near the river

This house is nicer than the photos. The river access is only a few blocks away and a pleasant walk. One striking feature is how safe this neighborhood seems for kids. The owners seem very kind and were both available and truly accommodating. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We had a very nice time here.

Every thing about this place is great!

For the past 12-13 years we have rented a Florida home to get away from the cold and snow in Pa. We have stayed in the panhandle & the keys along with places between. Few years ago we found what is now our favorite area centered around Dunnellon. This Jan - March we stayed at this lovely home in Sateka village, a small delightful neighborhood on the Rainbow river. Didn't take us long to feel at home. I should mention the neighborhood is great for biking or walking. The Rainbow river of tubing swimming or boating. There are lots of wonderful things to do but I will leave that to you to discover. The house has everything we could ask for and more. Property was clean and well taken care off. It is a comfortable house to live in. Owners Andre and Lori Jaundoo are the best as is Lori's mother who lives a few houses away. The neighborhood is very nice and all the neighbors are great, friendly and helpful. About a week after we arrived a neighbor stopped by to welcome us and invite us to their monthly luncheon at a local restaurant. Met a lot of nice folks. Our favorite restaurant is Lombardo's a short ride on Rt 41... Many golf courses to choose from. Rainbows End a nice 9 hole course and Juliette Falls and really nice & challenging course that's just 8 minutes away. Also close by is Spruce Creek Preserve, be sure to play during your stay. A short 20 - 25 minutes away is Pine Ridge and Twisted Oaks. Twisted Oaks is one of my favorites. Many more... Good fishing abounds... Withlachoochee River and Lake Rosseau is my favorite but some say the Rainbow is really good to...confluence of these two rivers is a short float downstream from the house. Short trip to Crystal River and Homossassa offers great salt water fishing. We rented it for next winter...January 3-thru April 3. The rest of the year is yours...enjoy!

Every thing was great. The house was just the size that we needed. The only problem was the tv in the living room. It could have been just us but they were aware of the problem and working on the fix. Had a great time. Thanks for letting use your place.

Spacious Dunnellon Home

We enjoyed our stay at this home and appreciated that the owners got a pak-n-play for us. It is very spacious and the neighborhood is wonderful Walking distance to the Rainbow River,, very beautiful !
