Welcome to the resort style private residential condominium of St. Maarten. This is a very sought after condo building because of its resort style amenities & beautiful condo units.
As you walk in the door you will immediately realize how spacious the layout is. Immediately to your left and right are the back two bedrooms each featuring a queen bed, dresser, smart tv, closet, and their own private bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a walk in shower, the other bathroom is a shower/tub combo.
As you proceed into the condo the laundry room will be on your next left proceeded by the kitchen, dining, and living rooms straight ahead.
The kitchen boasts cherry wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and black granite countertops complete with all of your dish-ware, silverware, and small basic kitchen amenities.
Outside of the kitchen is the dining area with a gorgeous low glass top table with seating for 4 and additional kitchen bar seating for 3.
Next to the dining room is the living room which has a gorgeous reclining sectional couch that is paired with a reclining rocker chair situated around a coffee table and a large smart tv. In the living room is direct access to the Oceanview balcony with panoramic views of the ocean and coastline.
To the right of the living room is the master bedroom featuring a king bedroom set, private balcony access, and the master bath complete with a garden tub, large walk in shower, his/her sinks, and a walk in closet.
The private balcony overlooks all of Daytona Beach including a complete view of the ocean and sunset. Absolutely gorgeous panoramic views with seating for four. (additional camping chairs can be brought out to the balcony)

**OTHER THINGS TO NOTE**
Minimum age: 25 (minimum age of primary renter)
1. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

LATE CHECK IN FEE:
This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.
CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am
PARKING:
We get one parking spot in the garage that has a 6'7 ft clearance. We get a second parking pass for a first come first serve spot in the upper outdoor parking deck. No trailers.
