There are 3 bedrooms, an office on the second floor and 2 complete bathrooms on the second floor. The basement offers a large bedroom with a queen size bed, 2 single beds and 2 full bathrooms – providing lots of privacy



On the second floor, you will find:

The comfortable primary bedroom with a king size bed, high ceilings, a floor-to-ceiling window, a large walk-in closet and a sun-lit ensuite with a glass shower and tub, double sink, and heated floors and a TV.

The two other bedrooms offer the perfect setting for relaxing and share the modern newly renovated bathroom. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other one has a queen size bed and a TV.

The office is drenched with natural sun light and comes with a large corner desk.

The laundry room is also comfortably found on the second level.

The lower level

The expansive fully finished lower level, houses a large room with a queen size bed and two single beds, a 65” flat screen TV, a desk, a dining table and two complete bathrooms. It offers privacy and independencef

There is parking for 2 cars. Parking is accessed through a common driveway shared with three other houses.



The neighbourhood

Bedford Park is Park is a safe, peaceful, and family oriented neighbourhood. It’s surrounded by parks, shops and restaurants.

Lawrence Station on the Yonge line offers quick and direct access to Toronto’s financial district in about 25 minutes.

Streets are quiet in the daytime while parents are at work and kids at school, but they come alive on weekends and in the summer.

Large gatherings/ parties/ events are absolutely prohibited. Breaking this rule will cause the termination of your stay.

Smoking and/or vaping of any kind are prohibited inside the house, on the deck and in the backyard or front yard.

Using the wood burning fireplace is strictly prohibited, you may use the gas fireplace.

This home only allows for the number of guests initially booked for. This is a firm rule.

The limit of overnight guests in the house at any time is 10. Any guest over this limit will be $200 per day extra.

The limit of people allowed in the house at any time is 15 (including guests and visitors). No overnight stays for extra visitors. Absolutely no gatherings. The home is for lodging purposes only.

There are 3 parking spots located at the end of the house/driveway. Parking is accessed through a common driveway with three other houses, please be respectful of the other residents and do not stop or park on the driveway.

Exterior cameras watch over the driveway and entrance for security purposes.

You are responsible for taking the garbage/recycling and compost out to the curb on a weekly basis.

**Our landscaping service cuts the grass precisely every 2 weeks. He may come to cut the grass during your visit if it falls within the grass cutting schedule**
