Walking distance to Starbucks minutes away from Disney, Warner Bros., Burbank Studios and Universal Studios. 15 minutes away from Hollywood Blvd and conveniently located near the Hollywood Burbank Airport. Perfect for one-guest. Host lives on premises for any questions or needs guests may have. Room has a private entrance with outdoor patio, great place to relax, read and enjoy your morning coffee.
The space
A cozy place fit for one-guest, quiet, private with it's own bathroom. Inside guest quarters we have a work desk, wi-fi, tv, microwave, small refrigerator with freezer and Krups Coffee Maker. We offer complementary coffee, water bottles, as well as towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash and hand soap to get your day started.

Guests quarters will have access to their own private space located in the backyard and have access to their own mini-patio.

Host was welcoming and the accommodations were perfect for a solo traveler. It was really cute, very clean and affordable. Would certainly stay again!Note- the VRBO app is asking about a Winery experience. There is not a winery associated with this property, but I cannot leave a review without addressing it.

Very comfortable twin bed with nice sheets! Had a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave too. Wi fi was reliable. Shower had great water pressure! Very quiet and private. Street parking which was easy to navigate. Perfect for my brief stay visiting friends in the area I hadn’t seen for over 30 years! Location is near all.

The location was perfect, I planned to go to universal and it was only about a 10 minute drive. Everything was clean, private and quiet. The host was very kind and responsive to my messages. I would recommend staying here!

Lovely accommodation for the solo traveller

The property is in a lovely area and always feels safe. Parking can be a bit of a challenge but don’t let that stop you from staying here. The owner is lovely and very responsive to any questions or needs.

Quiet & Private ADU

Lovely place for a single person. Quiet and private ADU, easy to check-in and out. Leticia kindly introduced herself and showed me around because they happened to be home when I arrived. I briefly encountered her husband and mother-in-law (and their adorable dog) while walking through their backyard to the ADU.Street parking is readily available. It doesn't appear to be a walkable area, but I was mostly visiting to help my niece settle into college and did not explore by foot. Area is safe, and neighbors were friendly. I would stay again.

This is a very clean, quiet, and comfortable place for a solo traveler to stay if you are looking for a place close to Burbank airport! My flight arrived late, and I did not want to have to drive far away in the dark, so that's why I originally chose this place. Parking is very easy (street parking), the owner gives very clear communication, and the space (detached from the main house) is very private, quiet, clean, and comfortable. According to my sleep app, I even slept better here than I had in the last 3 weeks at home! I would definitely stay here again.

For a solo female traveler, this property is a platinum find. First off, the owners have created a very private, quiet and safe space for their guests. 1. Location: Easy to get to from BUR. Prime location very close to many restaurants, the 5 and 134/101. Also a great location if you prefer surface streets to get around the valley. 2. Safety: The property is not only behind the home's main backyard gate, there is also a separate gate that leads to a small patio. Security is always at the top of my mind when searching for accommodations and this rental is excellent. I felt very secure. 3. Cleanliness: Property inside and out was spotless. I hope future travelers take care of this space so it stays lovely. 4. Communication: Owners are reachable by text but only suggestion I would have is reaching out to renters a few days before with information on when they'll share detailed information. It's possible I missed this email, but just knowing when to expect information would have been helpful. I'm overly organized and can be anxious about not having confirmed plans, so possible this is only me that would care. 5. Parking: Yes, there is street parking, but being that the home is across from a school/youth sports facility you may be parking down the block if there is activity across the street. It's not near as bad as parking would be in Silver Lake or Echo Park, but you aren't guaranteed a spot right in front of the rental. If you stay here, please take care of it!

I love my neighborhood because I can peacefully walk my dog and walk to my nearest neighborhood coffee shop Three Sisters to get my morning coffee. During the day I can either walk or take a five minute ride to Magnolia Park where I can do some thrifting or grab some lunch at a local cafe.

I'm told by other guests what makes my place unique is that it's peaceful and quiet. It gives a modern studio apartment atmosphere and it has everything you need. A guest mentioned "the bed was comfier than any hotel bed I have been in." The bathroom is huge and spacey, with a beautiful modern design. Another guest mentioned about our outdoor patio "the tiny little outdoor area was dreamy, the bedroom comfortable and calm." If you are looking for a spot that is safe, convenient, and affordable in the Burbank area this is your place!
