Each bedroom has a private bath and there is a pull out sofa for additional guests.

When not headed to the beach, the grounds offer many amenities for you to enjoy. Guests have full access to a well-equipped gym, a gated pool with hottub, and a cozy firepit area to enjoy in the evenings. The condo is conveniently located just 5 miles from the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. It's also a short drive to various attractions, including the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Sportsplex, Tanger Outlet shopping, OWA amusement and water park, and the Foley Sports Tourism complex. Additionally, The Wharf in Orange Beach is a short drive away and is wonderful for shopping, restaurants, and concerts.

Colony Club is a secure gated condo complex, and this particular unit is situated on the second floor, accessible via one flight of stairs. We welcome parties of up to 6 and provide a few beach chairs and plenty of beach towels for your stay.
We now have 2 units just across from each other in this building. If you have a larger party that wants to stay close together, please let us know and we can see if the other unit is available.

There is a 25.00 parking fee that will be paid to the HOA when you arrive and register your vehicle.
