We would like to clarify that the loft staircase meets applicable building code requirements. While the stairs may not be an issue for some guests, we understand that their design may not be comfortable for everyone. When you expressed your concerns, our team worked with you and accommodated your request to move to another unit so you could enjoy the remainder of your stay more comfortably. We also take your comments regarding cleanliness, condensation, and pest activity seriously and will ensure these concerns are reviewed with our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear it was less than satisfactory, as we strive for 5 stars and want all our guests to have nothing but a relaxing time! This unit is as pictured, and we take pride in our units! As explained, we did have our appliance repair man out there just before your check-in, he fixed a part in the fridge and it did need a little time to cool back off, this went into your arrival. When we dropped off the coffee pot, we made sure to check on the fridge. Both the freezer and fridge were cool. We do hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
