A whole one-bedroom suite with private bathroom and private entrance, no shared common areas. This 2nd floor suite situates across the Framingham Center Green, walking distance to Framingham State University and shopping mall, easy access to route 9 and mass pike. This suite is perfect for any traveling business persons.
The space
You'll enjoy:
- Lounge room with a futon
- a small table, with coffee maker and toaster
- a mini fridge and a microwave (as there's no kitchen access)
- A Separated bedroom with a queen size, comfortable bed
- A good size private full bathroom
- Smart TV
- WIFI access
- Window air conditioner (Window AC for cooling is available only from June 1st to Oct. 15th. )
Guest accessThis is a total private suite that is only accessible by our guests via the back path/back yard area. The suite is at the back of the main house. There is no access to other area of the house and is totally separated.
Other things to note
- Check in after 4:00, check out before 11:00 am.

- You will receive a text before 4pm of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in.

- Mid-stay Cleaning service for $80 upon request.

-Key must be returned to its original place upon checking out. Missing key or fail to return it will cost you $50.

- Please note that there's no kitchen access but a microwave oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a mini-fridge are provided inside the guest suite.

- Plenty of parking on private lot.

- Please explicitly indicate total number of guests on reservation.

- No visitors other than those on the reservation please. We don’t want to engage in confusing discussions on how many guests are actually staying in the suite. Thank you for your understanding

- No pets. Please explicitly disclose if you are traveling with emotional support animals. No smoking or use of marijuana or drugs on property

- We are near a Church with a clock that gongs on the hour. This doesn't bother most of our guests at all but if you are sensitive to such noises, this may not be the right place for you.
