For the boat lovers there is a full-service marina onsite and boat slips to use during your stay. This spacious waterfront condo sits on the ground floor of the magnificent Caribe Resort. A three bedroom and three-bathroom condo with an open concept kitchen and living space. The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a local seafood dish. The dazzling kitchen features stainless steel appliances with wet bar including an ice maker and wine cooler. Plenty of room for the entire family to enjoy a meal around the dining table for six with additional seating at kitchen bar. The pleasant living space has breathtaking views of the bay sweeping in from the private balcony. Out on the private balcony enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktail.

The large main bedroom features a king-size bed with flat screen TV. Access to the private balcony with stunning views coming into the main bedroom. En-suite main bathroom features a large vanity with double sinks with walk-in shower plus a soaking tub. The second bedroom features a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed with a third bathroom has a walk-in shower

The Neighborhood:
Caribe Resort is located near the Perdido Bay Bridge in Orange Beach. Onsite you have the fabulous restaurant Cobalt and full service Caribe Marina. The amenities at Caribe Resort are unlimited with multiple outdoor pools, waterslides, heated indoor pools, lazy river (closed temporarily should reopen Memorial Day), hot tubs, sauna and steam rooms, fitness center, putting greens, basketball and tennis courts. The white sands are calling with a beach trolley service that will take you from Caribe over to the public beach access. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Voyagers, and The Gulf. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Less than 2 miles from the world-famous Flora-Bama Bar.

Guest Access:
Welcome to Caribe Resort! The complex DOES require parking passes. The complex charges $25/parking pass, you will purchase these passes at the Front Desk of Building B. Your key card will be located in a lockbox at the VHC office at 25405 Perdido Beach Boulevard, Orange Beach, AL. The code for the lockbox will be sent by email/text on the day of arrival. If extra key cards are needed you can purchase them at the front desk at Building B for $5/each.

Boat slips are $75 per day and includes free trailer parking. If only needing boat trailer parking it is $20 per day.

The boat slips are on a first come, first serve basis.
