This ground floor unit looks out to the outdoor pool. Kick back and relax and hangout on the private patio while watching the sunset. A well-equipped kitchen stocked with pots/pans/utensils ready to whip up a home cooked dish. The cozy condo features a mounted flat screen TV and overlooks the outdoor pool. The unit also has a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area so the condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 people!

The main bedroom features a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. The kiddos will have the perfect place with the built-in bunkbed in the open concept living space. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

The Neighborhood:

A short drive to the Wharf with plenty of shopping, restaurants and entertainment at your fingertips! Just a little under 6 miles from the world famous Flora-Bama Beach bar.

Guest Access:
Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $33/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RV's or watercraft allowed onsite.

Great location

We were there for 4 nights for the 4th of July. This ground floor condo is excellent when you have small kids. It was perfect for what we were there for.

We couldn't have asked for more with this property. it was clean and beautifully decorated, plus had all the amenities from home. The location was perfect for us. The owners kept in contact with us days ahead of our stay making check-in simple, and even during our stay to make sure things were to our liking.

Beautiful weather, good food and great family time. Condo was good, as advertised. Reviews of condo are spot on, the back sliding door is very difficult to open even for an adult. Also patio furniture needs replaced. Enjoyed our stay!

It could have used an upgrade on different items. The baseboards could have used a cleaning. Overall, it was a place to lay our heads from coming in from the beach. :)

Love the 1st floor, pool side location. I would stay here again. The only negative I have is that the patio furniture needs to be replaced. They were broken and had sharp, rusty edges everywhere. But this is an easy fix.

Communication was on point. Getting into Condo was a breeze. The condo was full of spider webs and some actual spiders. There were 2-3 of those very large water roaches in the room and a few dead ones on the floor. It was missing a hair dryer which was ok since I brought one with me. The toaster did not work unless you stood there and held the lever down to your desired toasting. Over all the condo was good and the location was great, wished the patio had a gate walking out to the pool area. I would stay with them again, these are just a few of our own little issues nothing that hindered our vacation as much as just what we seen and observed. Would love to see the condo deep cleaned.

The location was great. The ground floor was great because it was right next to the pool. We could leave things on our patio table and grab it from the pool area when needed. There were beach toys on the patio too which was nice. There were also a couple beach chairs (kind of rusty) and an umbrella. The condo itself could use some updates for sure. The edge of the floors could use some stripping? I assume that it’s flooded before? The smell was not nice when we walked in but once we opened up the patio door it went away. (Smoker smell?) When leaving I went to vacuum the living room with the vacuum in the closet and it smelled like cat urine SO BAD! The counter space was small but it worked for us. We have a family of 5 and the condo was perfect for us. 3 min walk to the beach, heated pool and really close to the parking lot. We lifted up one of the coffee cups to use and it had black gunk all inside of it so whoever is cleaning the place needs to do a little better. Overall, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5. We had fun and it was a good inexpensive place to stay. The owners did text updates a lot which I really appreciate as well.

Family Vacation

Enjoyed our stay and fit our family perfect. We loved staying on the ground floor, thought it was odd there was no gate to go from our patio to the pool, but no big deal. I think whoever cleans needs to be looked into. We found stuff in between mattresses and products others left on the bunk beds. Under beds had stuff from previous people. Also bring your own bath tissue. Not enough for a family of 6 for 4/5 days. Other than those minor inconveniences we did love our stay! Cute place and awesome location!

Pictures can be deceiving

The good.... The beds were extremely comfortable. The unit location is great to parking lot, pool and beach. The bad.... The unit needs a professional deep clean. Baseboards, floors along the walls, around door handles and light switches were fility. The sliding door was very hard to open due to grim and filth on the tracks.

This unit needs a lot of updating. Unable to sit on patio due to rust and breaking off of the patio furniture. There weren’t many kitchen appliances/utensils. The ones that were there did not work. The kitchen bar stools peeled and stuck to your legs. Will not stay again.

Quick Getaway

The location was great and easy access to the pool, beach and great location on the main strip to shops, and restaurants . Condo was clean, nice and was as described in the listing. The master bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture. The unit could use a few kitchen items and a little TLC regarding the patio area. We like cooking breakfast and we did not have pot holders or lids for the skillet we used to cook with. We made due with a pizza pan as a lid. The door to the patio is extremely hard to open and close. We spent most mornings and evenings on the patio looking over the pool and ocean due to the great view and great weather. The Patio stools are extremely warn and have seen better days. Other than those few things, the condo is overall very nice and I would stay there again.
