Great for Group!

This was a great location - so close to the grocery store & a lot in town. Also very close to the bus stop which was great. The only issues I'd say are: - It is an OLD place, so if you are staying in the downstairs bedrooms, you hear every step someone above you takes on the 2nd floor. - The pull-out bed was extremely uncomfortable so we ended up just having someone sleep on the couch instead.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay! Checkin and check out was easy and well communicated. The townhouse was clean and very well decorated making it feel very cozy and comfortable. It's located right next to 2 of the shuttle stops making getting to/from the ski resort super easy! The only heads up I would give to the next guest is that the coffee maker defaults to trying to grind coffee beans which is very loud and WILL wake up everyone else in the house.. Just remember to deselect grind before hitting start and your friends/family will thank you if you are an early riser. :)

It was a long weekend and prices were extremely high every where for a big party. These two rentals were the most affordable ones and we really enjoyed our stay. Overall good, some small problems

First the problems: The shower in the master wouldn't switch completely from the tub faucet to the showerhead, so half of the water was coming out of each when trying to take a shower. The fan/heater in the master bath didn't work. The light over the sink in the junior master bathroom didn't turn on. There was a small amount of leaking under the window in the junior master bedroom from snow outside in, making the carpet slightly wet. One of the chairs in the living room must be old and dusty, as anyone who sat there got stuffy noses, sneezing, etc. And electric stovetops suck in general, but the front L "burner" on the electric stovetop didn't work. All that aside, the condo was clean, beds were warm, thermostat worked great, easy check-in/out, everything you need in the kitchen and elsewhere. And it's just down the street from the Eagle Express lift on the mountain.

Nice Upgraded Townhome

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great place to stay while catching some spring break snow. The kitchen is upgraded and stocked with good equipment that real cooks want to use. The hot water kettle was lovely. The pellet stove gave a cozy feel and also helped dry out our ski clothes. Washer and dryer were a lifesaver when the bottle of honey cough syrup exploded in the car on the way up. Everything was cleaned with care and the cleaners left nice touches that made it nicer. Bathrooms are upgraded somewhat, the tub drain in the master works poorly. The shower and tub are fine and they work, but clearly are on the list for an upgrade at some point. Hot water is nice and hot and the pressure is good, tank is in the master bath.The front entry needs a designated towel to handle melted snow. It dries up relatively quickly, but not quite fast enough for the 2’ of snow we got.The layout is perfect; two masters downstairs with their own full bathroom, loft with four twins upstairs. Adults can sleep in but the kids in the loft are up with the sun. Our kids had separate spaces, which is what we needed. Lighting and outlets are a little sparse in the back master, the outlet behind the bed on the back wall is pushed in, so there was only one for the lamp; I couldn’t plug in my phone by the bed. I made do with a battery bank. We used the bathroom and closet lights to supplement the dim lamps when we needed to be able to see to pack up. It was too cold to open the shades. The hot tub is outside and a bit of a walk; we ended up not using it because the walk back would have needed a swimmer’s parka.

The showers on the bottom rooms got an upgrade on the floors that makes it look even better. We had new guests join us on our mini vacation and they loved how they were able to walk everywhere, from Vons, Starbucks, movie theater and plenty of local restaurants. Can't wait for next years trip.

Family ski trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental company was really nice and easy to communicate. The property location was perfect, it was walking distance from stores, equipment rentals and restaurants. The property itself was little bit old. The carpets looked old and dirty. I didn’t like the carpeted bathroom floors either!The bedroom lights were too beam!The light in the walk-in closet of one of the master bedrooms was installed at the top of the shelf with no shield! This was a MAJOR fire hazard! We informed the property management and hopefully they’ll take action ASAP!Also there were extra boxes of tiles on the walk-in closet (needed that space for the bulky snow shoes)!I wouldn't go to the same property again!

Fun in the Snow

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 5th time staying in this place and it gets better every time. This townhomes is literally walking distance to everywhere (Nick & Willis pizza, The Stove, Vons, Ramen). The Village is also in walking distance. I can't wait to come back again.

Great Location, but needs some updates.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is great and we always have a wonderful time staying in Mammoth for the 4th of July. As far as this rental, it needs some updates. Carpet dirty, water stains on ceiling, no propane in the gas grill. I'd give this condo a 3/5, compared to the other rentals on this property.
