Wonderful Stay

This property was amazing for our trip. There was plenty of space, very cozy, simple directions for all things relating to the property. The beds were comfortable, lots of kitchen supplies making it easy to cook, loved the big table to accommodate family dinners and breakfasts. The host was amazing and quick with responses. We really enjoyed staying here and would love to come back! Highly recommend this property and home :)

Like most condos in Mammoth, it is tired, worn out and needs some serious updating. It has the look that the owners only do the bare minimum to keep it rented.

Good good good and good 👍

Enough size for big group!! Very clean, cozy, nice view!! But we expected to take three of parking permits cause We can't move 10 people just two car with luggage for two nights trip. So we have to pay for extra parking. That's little sad 😔. But if I have to one more chance I will use here.

Annual Mammoth Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit multiple times over the years. We love the complex and this unit’s location to the pool. However, It’s time for upgrade in beds and pots and pans. The mattresses are uncomfortable and pans are old and super scratched. (Oh, and FYI we found a dead mouse under the couch and downstairs hall sink, so slow to drain) other than that we always have a great time. Thanks!

Great location, lots of space, but dated

If you are traveling with a large group of people who aren’t too particular and are flexible, this house may be a great fit for you. We had a good experience— comfortable beds, nice layout, great common space, and excellent location right by the shuttle stop. However, there are some issues with the home because of its age and lack of upgrades. Most plugs slide out of the outlets and need to be propped up, the kitchen is tiny, and the shower floors are very stained. For our group, these weren’t a huge deal. If you stay here, peak around in the closets and cabinets, as there are many amenities and supplies around the house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was up for the fishing opener and this unit was good for sleeping 10 but making meals was a task. The stove is very outdated and only two of the small burners worked. The two large burners would not get hot. Only having 2 small burners made it extremely difficult to cook meals for 10 individuals. Also bring your own pans, the ones at the condo are severely worn and the non stick is flaking off.

Nice but in need of updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was probably a very beautiful place in its day, which I guess is the 70’s or 80’s. It was clean but very old. The outlets were borderline dangerous as plugs would not stay in in some rooms and had to be propped up with something in order to stay plugged in. One of the burners on the stove didn’t work and the microwave would go out if used for longer than a few minutes. The location is great. The living area very nice with a beautiful wood burning stove, large dining table and comfortable couches. But many of the blinds didn’t work and we needed to put a blanket over the window in the main upstairs bedroom as the blind was broken and wouldn’t close all the way. It was great having the trolley access in walking distance. The area is very beautiful and we will go back but will look for different accommodations unless this is updated. If you need a lot of sleeping space and aren’t planning on doing much cooking or spending much time in the unit then it’s probably fine if the blinds work and you don’t need to use the outlets in the downstairs bedrooms.

Highly Recommend

The house is perfect for a large family gathering with children. Plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were great. It was a plus having 3 bathrooms plus a washer and dryer. Everything you need. Walking distance to pool. Patio was a nice touch for sitting out early relaxing with a cup of coffee. Driving distance to everything. I would really recommend this house.

It is in need of upgrades, it is starting to look worn, tile broken, oven door broken carpet stained. I also had another unit same complex for in laws and I was totally jealous.I never leave reviews and I just thought owner should know - the unit needs a face lift, upgrades . Other than that we always enjoy our stay. Thank you!

Th carpet was very old and looked dirty, but did not smell. The kitchen was small for the size of our family, but functional and well stocked even for 10 people. The bathroom downstairs was small for larger adults but fine for kids and young adults.

great location! Smelly house - not clean. Not hot water at the master bedroom Dish washer not working properly Internet very very poor Property managers are not helpful on resolving issues. Not coming back to this property

We have in our notes that you told our staff you were frustrated that two showers cannot be taken at once. That is quite common in most places, however we apologize that two showers could not be taken at once during your stay. Our staff was on the phone with you for a very long time trying to help and resolve all issues, unfortunately it was hard for them to even get a word in between a guest on the other end yelling. We asked for you to send photos and let us possibly come over and help and you refused both even demanding the company to schedule carpet cleaning while in-house. Which vendors in Mammoth do not do because of COVID. Regarding the wifi, Mammoth is known for having poor wifi when there is a flux of people in town. The property managers also gave us a call and stated that you had 4 cars and were partying in the unit. We clearly state in the signed rental agreement that only two cars are allowed at this complex. Great condo with a lot of beds

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were on our 27th annual guys fishing trip and we always need a lot of beds so nobody has to sleep together or on the floor. This unit was just what we needed.

February Ski Trip

The unit is just as advertised and in a great location! The pics are accurate and it easily slept my group. A couple of the burners on the stove don't work, but no other problems at all 👍🏼

Big condo on red shuttle

The pictures are accurate of this condo. It sleeps 10 easily. The master BR is on the 2nd level with the LR-DR-KIT with a bathroom that can be used by anyone. Below by the entrance hall (with the usual places for skis/coats/etc.) are 2 baths and 3 BRs opening off a common hallway. If you're worried about enough seating at the table for a big group, there are 4 card table chairs (plus card table) in the Master BR closet.
