The space

First let’s talk SAND! This is my first beach property. I used to love condos as much as the next person, but our cottage changed my mind and I’ll never go back! Our door is .25 miles from the water, and I can walk out my door and be at the water in the same amount of time that you would go to storage for chairs, fight an elevator & other guests, and have to go through the pool deck just to get to the beach ramp. I’ve been so pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to walk out the front door, down the street and just be there! I also love that the beach access directly in front of our place is located between privately owned homes and not condos. It’s much slower/quieter, and generally is not as crowded.

Another one of my favorite beach features, we are 1 mile from St Andrew State Park! If you have never been, the park is a really cool way to experience the beach - naturally! It is prime for shell hunting, snorkeling, some surf, and much much more!

Other things to note
Walking to dinner or breakfast is a huge treat for me. We love to walk to water on the beach, hang a left (east) and walk the 1/4 mile to Schooner's, the Omlet house, or Sombreros Tacos.
