Our private unit at Trump Beach Resort is located just AT THE BEACH, at walking distance from a lot of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. 11 miles away from SOUTH MIAMI BEACH, 8 minutes away from famous Aventura Mall, 10 minutes away from Gulfstream Park and Casino, 20 miles away from (MIA) Miami International Airport, and 13 minutes away from (FLL) Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

Guests will pay Resort Fees at the front desk.

Guests will be charged a daily Access fee of $125.00 plus 7% tax for up to, the first 2 adults and $62.50+ each additional individual above the age of 12. For up to 4 individual in the unit as this is the occupancy max.

The FEES include:

Beach Service, pool and beach towels, beach chair with umbrella and gives the guests access to all other amenities of the resort.

Valet parking overnight fee is $50.00 and $25.00 for visitor.

Private Unit Guests are not allowed to charge to the room, all charges must be paid at the time of consumption.

A handling fee for the receiving and delivery of packages of any kind will be charged. (Check hotel package policy for details.)

Guest are given an envelope upon arrival, including the Wi-Fi password, the passes to pool and beach area and a memo explaining they are in a privately managed units to avoid misunderstandings.

All guests are responsible to place their garbage in the trash can located inside the door marked “Service Area”.
