Die Wohnung Feriae Latinae hat eine Fläche von 160 Metern, alle dekoriert und eingerichtet mit tadellosem Geschmack und Charme, alle ausgestattet mit allem Komfort, den Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu genießen, wo 10 Personen bequem schlafen können, wenn sie aus der gleichen Familie sind, oder Freunde, die zusammen reisen. In der gleichen Wohnung 3 unabhängige "Suite", dh ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer, Tisch und Stühlen zum Abendessen, ein Doppelschlafsofa, ein eigenes Bad, einen Balkon, Klimaanlage oder Heizung, WLAN und Sat-TV, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen sowie Bettwäsche, Handtücher kostenlos, Kaffee, Tee und Zucker, Shampoo und Seife sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Diese Wohnung wurde im September 2013 komplett renoviert und in ein Ferienhaus umgewandelt. Dies ist eine großartige Wohnung, die wir für 10 Personen aus derselben Familie oder einer Gruppe von Freunden mieten, die zusammen reisen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Suiten mit eigenem Einkommen, jedes hat ein eigenes Bad, Küche, Plasma-TV, WLAN, um komfortabel und unabhängig zu sein, obwohl Sie Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel und unabhängig für eine Familiengruppe oder Freunde machen, auch wenn Sie zusammen reisen.

Die Lage der Wohnung hat ein Plus, zu Fuß von St. Peter Station, von der aus Sie mit dem Zug den Pier von Civitavecchia erreichen können, von dem aus alle Kreuzfahrten starten.

Sehr chicke Wohnung in Rom

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Liebe zum Detail! Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten (großer Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage), sehr sauber. Nette Vermieter; die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und nur ca. 20 min. zu Fuß zum Petersdom. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Beautiful, comfy and modern - great guest service

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids (1, 2 and 5 yrs.) and rented 2 of the 3 suites in the apartment - usually the owner is trying to rent out all 3 suites to a single group of travelers. But "sharing" was no problem because each suite is really independent and self-sustaining and the big hallway is the only room where you may meet the others. The interior is lovely, modern, recently refurbished and comfortable. The location is great - we walked the city (w/ kids and strollers) from there (e.g. Vatican 15min; Castel Sant'Angelo 25 min; Piazza Navona 40 min; Foro Romanum/Piazza di Spagna 50 min). Supermarkets, nice little shops, restaurants are all in the neighborhood (max. w/i 5 min walking distance). No noise from outside since the suits we rented all looked into the inner courtyard. Romula and Ada provided great guest service, always replied to my emails within a very short time. They arranged for limousine Airport pick-up and drop-off and also arranged for 2 baby cribs - and 2 little teddy bears were waiting for the little ones when we arrived :-). We spent a great long weekend in Rome and can really recommend the apartment.

Great place to stay when in Rome

We had a wonderful experience rental experience at this apartment. Antonella was a very helpful and accommodating property manager. The 3 separate suites worked out great. My only issue was that instead of the advertised 2 king beds and 1 queen, there was one king, queen, and full- sized bed — we had 3 very tall men in the group, so the full-sized bed was not optimal. The apartment was in a non- touristy area and had good restaurants, espresso cafes, and grocery stores nearby. It was a 20 - 30 minute walk to Vatican City. In order to get to the places across the river you did need to take public transportation or a taxi (or walk for 45 minutes or more if you had the time). Taxis were easy to schedule via a phone app. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Rome, that is looking to stay away from the central tourist areas.

This was the most beautiful spot I’ve stayed in. The host was very nice and understanding after we experienced a terrible delay with our flights. We loved the space it gave each couple their privacy. We will be coming back and also referring this spot to other friends and family.

Family trip for 9 people

The property was very nice and clean. Although I was aware of the per person tourist charge per day, I did not realize it was due in cash at check-in. The shower in the last apt down the hall did not work well. It would turn on but then would squeal and shut off unexpectedly. The other two showers worked just fine. While this has nothing to do with the property, visitors should be awar the buses did not run as scheduled. Sometimes we waited over 30 minutes for a bus. There is a wonderful market nearby and our host was very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend staying here, especially for large family groups.

Great apartment and service

The apartment can be your home away from home in Rome, with its 3 separate apartments with three different sizes. Is the ideal place for families but also for couples who like to have space, either for leisure and for business. In not more than 20 minutes walking you will be in Saint Peter's Basilica and Square, one of the most important attractions of the Vatican. The apartment manager/owners are very helpful and always on hand to help. Overall a great stay and would highly recommend.

Simply Amazing!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous apartment. We were among the first to stay under the new ownership but everything was perfect. We had four adults and six kids and the apartment worked beautifully for us. The owners/manager spent an hour with us giving us lots of guidance and suggestions with the planning and prep for our stay. The airport transfers were also seamless. The only change we would suggest, would be to switch the bed in the Athena bedroom to one that splits into two twin beds. That way two people can still share that bedroom but not have to share the bed. All in a five star experience! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Ada and Romula were super helpful in offering tips and assisting with car service.

Booking this rental was super helpful and easy. The property was just as the pictures described....beautiful, clean, very...."when in Rome." This is the place is stay. The owners were also helpful in arranging airport transfers. We were able to get transfers to airport and to and from locale including to cruise port. This property is great locale near and walking distance to Vatican. Highly recommend this property.

Fantastic spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood near Vatican

Ada's apartment was wonderful for our extended family trip to Rome. We had plenty of space for our group of 10. The apartments were very well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchens had everything we needed, and there is a washing machine and airing rack to do laundry (which we did several times during our week there). It was nice being able to have three separate "mini apartments" so that each family in our group had a private space. The neighborhood had plenty of excellent eateries, a very good sized supermarket, pharmacies, ATMs, and access to public transport (two bus stops very close). Romula was very responsive when we had questions and had many great suggestions for eateries. I highly recommend this property and would do it all over again. Thank you Ada and Romula for your lovely Roman hospitality!

Nice place to stay

Great neighbourhood. We enjoyed staying a little out of the tourist area but close enough to walk from tourist sights when we wanted to. So easy to catch cabs to where we needed to go using a taxi app that Romula told us about. We were 3 couples and found the space worked nicely for us. We used one of the living rooms as our main living space. If you want to be in a non touristy neighbourhood but close enough to sites to get there easily then I highly recommend this apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment and the owner was very good to us. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone. The location was very good for the seven of us. There is a taxi station a few blocks away. It cost about 8 euros to get to the Pope's castle. We also visited some very good restaurants near by. Thank you to Ada and Romula

Perfect base when visiting Rome!

We had a wonderful stay in Ada's apartment! The apartment is beautifully finished and spotlessly clean. Within walking distance from the Vatican and a short taxi drive from the centre (approx 15 euros for a 6 seater taxi). Plenty of room for 6 adults and a good selection of restaurants nearby. Well worth every penny, thank you!

Logement très confortable. Idéal pour un séjour entre couples. Chacun a son espace et les repas peuvent se prendre en commun. Accueil très bien organisé pour le taxi notamment et les conseils pour visiter la ville. L appartement est à une dizaine de minutes à pied du Vatican. Il est au calme avec des commerces à proximité.
