Panorama Perch is a 3 story with over 4300 square feet of space, there's room for everyone and your fur babies to spread out and enjoy. We also have ramp and medical shower chair for these who requires special need! Panorama Perch is a dog friendly cabin (with pet fee $95 per pet, advance approval required).
Panorama Perch has 4 kings master suites, 2 queen over queen bunk bed room suite, two twin beds on the loft, plus 2 half bathrooms. Enjoy the game/arcade/air hockey/foosball/pool table, bar, hot tub, huge decks and balconies. We also have ramp and medical shower chair for these who requires special needs!

Situated on a private road with no neighbors around, this serene retreat offers you the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. You'll find yourself approximately 4 miles from the bustling Parkway (The Island and the captivating Anakeesta are on Parkway), 6 miles away from the enchanting world of Dollywood, just 5 miles from the LeConte Convention Center, And if you're looking to explore the vibrant heart of Gatlinburg, it's a mere 10-mile drive from here.

★ENTRY★
You enter the cabin from the large paved parking area, there is plenty of space for parking. There are a few steps to get onto the covered back porch or we have a RAMP!

★INTERNET/CELLULAR SIGNAL★
We understand the significance of having a reliable internet connection, and we are pleased to offer high-speed internet to accommodate large groups. However, it's important to note that while we strive to provide excellent Wi-Fi, some cellular service providers may experience less-than-perfect signal reception at the cabin.

★ INDOOR LIVING ★
The main level graciously welcomes you with its cathedral ceilings, an electric fireplace, and expansive windows that frame the awe-inspiring mountain vistas. You can unwind in the inviting living room, which boasts three leather sofas and additional seating to accommodate larger gatherings.

★ KITCHEN AND DINING ★
Fully equipped modern kitchen (plates, silverware, pots & pans, etc.), stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, grilling utensils, and plenty of seating at the large dining table, as well as seating at the kitchen bar.

★ BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS ★
★ Bedroom #1 (Main Level): This spacious room features a king-size bed, two comfortable seating areas, a smart TV, a dresser, and a generously sized full bathroom. It's designed for convenience and accessibility, making it ideal for seniors or anyone with special needs. (We also provide a medical shower chair for added assistance.)
★ Bedroom #2 (Upper Level): The second bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a daybed with a trundle that can comfortably accommodate two adults, a love seat, a smart TV, a dresser, and access to a full bathroom.
★ Bedroom #3 (Upper Level): This elegant bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a dedicated office space, a recliner chair, a smart TV, a dresser, and access to a full bathroom.
★ Bedroom #4 (Lower Level): Perfect for the kids or young-at-heart, this bunk bed room features two sets of queen over queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom.
★ Bedroom #5 (Lower Level): The fifth bedroom offers a king-sized bed, two inviting seating areas, a smart TV, a dresser, and access to a full bathroom.
★ Loft (Upper Level): The loft area features two twin-size beds suitable for adults, providing additional sleeping options for your group.
★We also provide a Pack 'n Play Portable Crib for your little one's comfort and convenience during your stay. Please note that we kindly ask you to bring your own linens for the crib to ensure your child's safety and comfort.

★ OUTDOOR LIVING★
Step outside onto the expansive 10 foot wrap-around porch and immerse yourself in the invigorating mountain air. The main level's sprawling porch is the perfect setting for hosting unforgettable gatherings or simply indulging in moments of tranquility while taking in the breathtaking views. We provide a propane grill (propane tanks are provided for guests to refill) for outdoor dining, complete with seating for 10. Alternatively, you can savor a cozy evening with a view from the patio couches, comfortably accommodating 5.

The lower level features a 10-inch deep deck, complete with a premium hammock and Adirondack chairs, providing a serene spot to unwind. Gather around the fire pit and witness the stunning sunsets. Enjoy these spectacular moments with your favorite beverage or unwind by soaking in the 6-person hot tub. Thanks to the secluded location of our cabin, you'll have the privacy and seclusion you need for ultimate relaxation.

★ ENTERTAINMENT★
The lower level is an entertainment haven, thoughtfully designed for your enjoyment. It features a lavish recreation room with ample seating, including a spacious leather recliner and four cozy bean bags, creating the perfect setup for a movie night. We've equipped this space with a popcorn machine, a massive 75-inch smart TV, and a high-quality speaker system to enhance your viewing experience.

But the entertainment options don't stop there – you'll also find a pool table, air hockey table, vintage game table, and a custom-crafted wet bar for endless fun and relaxation during your stay.

Venture to the upper level, where you'll discover a large loft space with a fun game area for both kids and adults. Enjoy a spirited game of foosball, indulge in two arcade games, or gather around for board games to make your nights memorable.

***★ PET POLICY★***
We welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly cabin. We adore cats and we are cat parents ourselves, but cats are not permitted in Panorama Perch - we want to ensure that guests who have cat allergies can continue to enjoy it.

Non refundable $95 fee PER PET to three dogs. We welcome dogs of any size but must be potty-trained and crate-trained. Pets must be approved in advance. Your pet fee is due 48 hours before check in. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

If Panorama Perch is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furnitures.
