Panorama Perch is secluded nestled in Pigeon Forge, with only one small cabin nearby, this serene retreat offers you the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

Welcome to Panorama Perch! Our first cabin is nested in a very secluded area with only one small cabin nearby. Panorama perch is a 3 story with over 4300 square feet of space, there's room for everyone and your fur babies to spread out and enjoy. We also have ramp and medical shower chair for these who requires special need! Panorama Perch is a dog friendly cabin (with pet fee $95 per pet, advance approval required).

INTERNET / CELLULAR SIGNAL
We provide high-speed Wi-Fi for large groups. Please note: while we strive to provide excellent Wi-Fi, some cellular service providers may experience less-than-perfect to no signal reception at the cabin.

Electric fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning mountain vistas. Relax on 3 leather sofas with plenty of extra seating.

KITCHEN & DINING
Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, grilling utensils, and a large dining table + kitchen bar seating.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

-1 Main Level: King bed, smart TV, seating, dresser, full bath, shower chair (ideal for seniors or special needs).
-2 Upper Level: King bed + daybed w/ trundle, loveseat, smart TV, dresser, full bath.
-3 Upper Level: King bed, office space, recliner, smart TV, dresser, full bath.
-4 Lower Level: Bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunks, smart TV, dresser, en-suite bath (perfect for kids).
-5 Lower Level: King bed, seating, smart TV, dresser, full bath.
-Loft: 2 twin beds (adult-sized).
-Pack ’n Play provided (please bring your own crib linens).

OUTDOOR LIVING
Wrap-around porch (10-foot wide) with seating for 10, propane grill (guests refill tanks), cozy patio couches, Adirondack chairs, hammock, fire pit for sunsets, and a 6-person hot tub. Total privacy in a secluded mountain setting. Thanks to the secluded location of our cabin, you'll have the privacy and seclusion you need for ultimate relaxation.

ENTERTAINMENT
Lower-level recreation room with a 75” smart TV, speaker system, popcorn machine, recliners + bean bags for movie night. Pool table, air hockey, vintage game table and wet bar.

Upstairs loft features foosball, arcade games, and board games—fun for both kids and adults.

PET POLICY
We welcome your furry friends to our pet-friendly cabin. We adore cats and we are cat parents ourselves, but cats are not permitted in the cabin - we want to ensure that guests who have cat allergies can continue to enjoy it.

- Non-refundable $95 fee PER PET (up to 3 dogs, exceptions considered case by case).
- Dogs of any size are welcome but must be potty-trained & crate-trained.
- Pets must be approved in advance.
- Pet fee is due 48 hours before check-in.
- If undisclosed pets are brought in without approval, there’s a $500 fine per pet.

If the cabin is damaged by your dog, which would include excessive amounts of shedding, furniture that has been chewed on, mud from their feet or unexpected surprises, including fleas, or urine/feces, you will be notified and charged for the excessive wear. You can control this by cleaning up after your dog and ensuring that they do not damage the furnitures.
