TIPPY TOP ist ein wunderschönes 3-stöckiges Apartment (3) mit 6 Schlafzimmern, 2 Schlafzimmern auf jeder Etage, 4 Schlafzimmern mit Kingsize-Bett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, 1 - 4 Etagenbett. Custom Built echte Blockhaus in Shagbark eine bewachte Wohnanlage ca. gelegen. 6 Meilen von der Parkway bei Licht # 3 in Pigeon Forge. Die Aussicht von der Kabine ist spektakulär, daher der Name der Kabine. Das Grundstück, auf dem Tippy Top sitzt, ist 3 Hektar groß und bietet Ihnen viel Privatsphäre Steile Abfahrten, die es den Kindern und der ganzen Familie ermöglichen, in der Hütte herumzulaufen. Der Whirlpool befindet sich hinter der Hütte mit Blick auf die Berge und die himmlischen Berge. Für die kühleren Nächte gibt es 2 Gaskamine, einen auf der Hauptstufe des großen Raums und einen auf der Ebene des Spielraums. Die Kabine verfügt über 4 Master-King-Suiten mit Badezimmern auf der 3. Ebene. Es gibt ein spektakuläres King-Schlafzimmer mit einer Wand aus Fenstern, die eine große Whirlpool-Badewanne mit spektakulärem Bergblick und Kamin für kühlere romantische Abende umgibt. Der Küchen- und Essbereich ist komplett ausgestattet, von Geschirr über Glaswaren bis hin zu Töpfen und Pfannen. Die kleinen Geräte machen ihn zu einer großartigen Küche zum Kochen. Wenn Sie Gas grillen möchten, genießen Sie die Aussicht, während Sie nach einem langen Tag voller Besichtigungen aller Sehenswürdigkeiten in Pigeon Forge und im Gebiet des Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain National Park das Familienessen zubereiten. Great property! Highly recommend for any large family gathering. Beautiful home. Convenient location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only complaint was no hanging closet available in main floor master so had to lay clothes over side of tub. Closets is there but locked. Owner and maintenance person were great to deal with. Easy in/out. Hope to stay again next year!

This property is spectacular! I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. This very comfortably accommodated our party of 14. It is clean and very well stocked. The layout couldn’t have been better with plenty of space for all. The 2 decks have breathtaking views of the mountains, and we even got to see a bear 2 days in a row. Mark was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would absolutely recommend this place!

Our stay was very relaxing! The cabin was at the top of the mountain with a beautiful view! The area was very quiet and we felt secluded. The rooms were open and spacious. While our kids stayed up all night playing games and charades downstairs, we did not hear any noise upstairs! Each room was fully stocked with all necessities. The host, Mark, supplied us with all the information necessary and we never needed to ask for anything. The cabin was perfect for our long weekend. Next time we would love to stay longer!

Perfect mountain getaway

The house was beautiful and very clean. The house was fully stocked with everything you will need. Our family enjoyed the beautiful wrap around deck with amazing views, coffee in the morning and drinks at night. We had plans to leave during the days to go exploring and have dinner out, but we enjoyed being at the house so much we stayed there most of our trip.I highly recommend this vacation home, we will definitely book again if we vacation in Tennessee in the future.

Not only was this home amazing, but so was Mark! This home guarantees a weight to be lifted from everyday stress. From the moment you park the stress melts away. The views are stunning, the home is gorgeous and every detail has been thought out. From the rustic (and extremely comfortable beds) and furniture, the game room, jacuzzi, beautiful restrooms to the gorgeous kitchen, you will not be disappointed! This was such a nice place for us to gather with loved ones we had not seen in a long while. When we had anything to discuss, Mark was prompt and so helpful. It was hard to come off of the mountain and back to reality. You can't go wrong with this gorgeous property...the only problem is that you will not want to leave!

This home was perfect. We put all the teen/young adults downstairs in those 3 bedrooms with all the games which was PERFECT. Then we put the couples up on the main floor and upstairs and we couldn't have asked for better. The only thing is I would pack your hair dryers, other than that everything you could need is there and there are 2 laundry rooms which is great. I could've just stayed at the cabin and would've been content.

Amazing experience!!!

Tippy Top cabin was perfect for our church retreat. It was more than what we expected! The cabin is beautiful, the room are very nice, and the view was amazing! The owner of the cabin was very nice and easy to work with. We plan on reserving this amazing cabin again in the near future!

Fantastic Location and Beautiful Views!

My family group of 16 spent 4 nights and 5 nights at Tippy Top cabin. The owner, Mark, thought of everything when he built this cabin. The view, the floor plan, and so many extras to this cabin. It's a very private location with a perfect view of the Smoky Mountains and we even spotted some of the local wildlife. This was the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Tippy Top was awesome. The cabin layout and amenities were perfect for our group. We have found our family cabin in the smokies for our visits. Thank you Mark for sharing your paradise in the mountains. When we first pulled in and saw this brand New real log cabin with these fabulous mountain views we were in amazed. But that's was just the start of this custom large lock cabin. The porches were so big and great for gathering and relaxing

The view from Tippy Top is stunning!

We had stayed in the original Tippy Top in 2021 before it was lost to the wildfires. We came back to stay at the new cabin because Mark is a great homeowner and host. The old Tippy Top was Great, but this new Tippy Top that Mark completed last month is SPECTACULAR. The design and open space is awesome and the views from all rooms are breathtaking. The finishes and decor are top notch the mattresses are very comfortable. We always enjoy coming to the mountains and Tippy Top is our families new choice for making memories that the family will have for a lifetime.

Wish we could stay longer!!

Tippy Top is a beautiful property with a beautiful view! We enjoyed every moment! Just be prepared for the drive up the mountain - if you are not accustom to it it can be a bit scary the first couple of time. Just added to the excitement of the trip! Great Trip!!!!

We traveled with a group of 10 people(5 couples). The cabin is brand new and very big. With 3 levels with mountain views, huge porches that wrap around the cabin on the main level. The kitchen is stock very well and again plenty of room and cabinet and cooking space. The lower level has has 3 bedrooms and game room on the back porch a large hot tub for relaxing. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS. Plenty of parking. Mark the owner was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed and answered all of our question during the reservation process thru our stay. We can't wait to comeback and visit again.

Wonderful Multi-generational Family Vacation!

Tippy Top exceeded expectations for our family vacation.! There were 9 of us ranging in age from a 1 year old to Great Grandpa who celebrated his 89th birthday while we were there. The accommodations were perfect as Great Grandpa had everything he needed on the main floor, the kids and their parents had the lower level to themselves and the rest of us enjoyed peace and quiet on the second floor. The house was very comfortable, the deck and views were outstanding.! We were a short drive to the action in Pigeon Forge but also had the tranquility of the mountains. It was the very best of both worlds! We even saw a Momma Bear and 4 cubs!

Amazing views!

When we first pulled in and saw this brand new, real log cabin with the fabulous mountain views, my fiancee and I were amazed. But that was only the beginning! The porches were perfect for a large gathering and for relaxing, the kids enjoyed the game room with pool table and air hockey. Views, views, views from every room. Mark was an experienced host that answered all our questions in a timely manner and thought of all the little details. The experience was phenomenal, we're even planning on our next trip to Florida to stay at his beach house this summer. 5 stars all the way!

Beautiful Cabin!

This was the most amazing vacation ever! And we must give most of the credit to this beautiful cabin. It was everything as advertised, plus more. The mountain roads were a bit scarey for this Florida girl, so make sure you have a powerful car, which luckily we did. My grandkids LOVED the game room. The kitchen was well stocked and all the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The decor of the cabin is amazing. We definitely recommend Tippy Top! Mark, the owner, always responded with any questions in a timely manner. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Had a great time!

Our group had a great time at Tippy Top! It was clean and had room for everybody. The kids loved all the activities in the big game room downstairs. The view was amazing. Mark, the owner was easy to work with. The kitchen was well-stocked but was super tiny which made it kind of difficult preparing meals for our large group. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the hot tub to heat up when we tried to use it on the last night. It would help if there were instructions for how to operate the hot tub. Thanks!

Thank You for your review, I am very happy that you and your group enjoyed your stay! The instructions for the Hot tub are posted on the 4 x 4 pole next to the tub. I am glad that you found the kitchen to be well equipped. Kitchen size Approx. 8' x 12'. between the main kitchen and the kitchenette in the game room the home is designed with plenty of kitchen space. We had TIPPY TOP built in 2007 in Shagbark, We chose Shagbark because of its Park like setting and the shear beauty of the lot that Tippy Top is built on It's views are spectacular and the cabin is very comfortable from the smallest to the largest groups.
