This is our tiny house cottage. Its studio-style includes king bed, full kitchen, large walk-in double-headed shower, radiant heat log stove and wide screen TV. Crowning touch is your private garden accessible from inside the cottage. Designed for comfort and convenience with daily complimentary breakfast, easy parking, pets welcome and MacArthur Park and SoMa (South Main) just blocks away. The neighborhood has local restaurants, boutique shopping, the new Fine Arts Museum and countless entertainment options. A bit longer walk or short drive away is the River Market and East End. This was such a quaint cottage for a last minute get away for my husband and I. Property was clean and ready for guests. It has an adorable little private garden area. The bed was super cozy and the host leaving breakfast items in the fridge was a sweet touch. Definitely will book here again!

We stayed here one night traveling between Virginia and Texas with our dog. The location and big yard were pluses for us. We easily walked to great bars and restaurants and then a quick Uber home. The bed was comfy and the cottage perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute cottage, loved the little side yard. The bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. My only suggestions would be the shower needs updating, little closed in and dark feeling and the couch maybe a cover as it has a few stains, but these are definitely not anything that would ever stop us from staying again. Thank you for staying. Happy you enjoyed our Rock Street Cottage. You are right, the shower is dark but the double shower heads help! And probably the white couch was not the best idea. We do clean it regularly but people will let the animals and feet on it so it is an ongoing process. We did just schedule another cleaning so thank you for the input.

What an adorable cottage! This was perfect for our quick overnight in Little Rock. The yard was great for our doggie and the bed was really comfortable! The parking spot right out front was very convenient and we felt safe in the neighborhood! Would definitely stay here again!

This quaint property was located in the beautiful Historic area of Little Rock. The secret garden was pleasant to sit and sip wine after a long day of traveling. Sightseeing the area was in walking distance, and we visited local breweries, pubs, and restaurants, all while admiring the beautiful Historic homes along the way. We were given breakfast each day and a fabulous book on the area. Can't wait to return to visit again.

Google Maps took us to the wrong location and the Roberts were very help to direct us to their location. They even helped bring in luggage!

Cottage was perfect for a weekend get-away for two. Clean, spacious, and well appointed with newer appliances, furniture, and a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean and spacious; large shower space and plenty of hot water. And having a morning breakfast available was a very nice perk with a personal touch. Electric fireplace & heater made our evenings warm, comfortable, and added to the ambiance. Lovely and spacious sitting area on the side of the cottage is the perfect place for outdoor relaxing. Nice, safe neighborhood with reserved parking. Cottage is within 5 minutes of downtown Little Rock with access to restaurants and entertainment. We would definitely book again. Five - Stars all the way.
