Luxury Townhome - Coveted Paseo Resort - Semiprivate Pool/Spa/15min to Airport
Stepping foot into your luxurious and spacious home away from home, you won't be able to wait to get settled.
This condo has top of the line furnishings with a classy yet beachy vibe. From the kitchen, you have a direct view of the semiprivate pool and courtyard.
From both lanias you can see and hear the fountain in the nearby pond and birds chirping at sunrise.
Making your way to the lagoon pool, you will feel like you're at a Caribbean resort and you will not want to leave!
Here you will find 2,008 square feet of serenity.
On the first floor, there is a lower living space and powder room, dining room, upper living area, kitchen, office desk with a chair, monitor, and printer, two televisions, a variety of games, a stunning clean kitchen, and views of the delightful a calm semi-private pool.
Upstairs you will find your three bedrooms complete with two king sized tempurpedic mattresses for your sleeping comfort. Laundry available for whenever you need, a gorgeous master suite, as well as the guest bathroom. The third bedroom holds one queen sized bed and there are two twin sized air mattresses if you're in need of extra sleeping arrangements.
Upstairs you will also find items for those that will be traveling with small children or for those with kids that will be visiting. There is a pack and play, kids mattresses, foam bumpers for the beds, children's sheets, and a small "high" chair for children's dining. There are also children's dining utensils in the kitchen for your convenience.
You will also find an attached garage available for your use as well as free street parking. In the garage, you will find a deck box with pool and beach items available for use during your stay.
Before inquiring further, please note that there is a mandatory background check required by our HOA. Once this is complete, your rental will be smooth sailing. I apologize for any inconvenience but I am not able to rent to those that do not want to complete the background check, fail the background check, or wish to stay less than one month. These guidelines help keep Paseo safe and desirable and we appreciate your understanding!

My husband and I are from Pennsylvania and we spend as much time in Paseo as possible. We absolutely love it and our condo is used and adored by us personally. We hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

My husband and I were looking for a community that was safe, family friendly, and had wonderful amenities. We came across Paseo online, but as soon as we stepped into the lagoon pool in the town center, we know that there would not be a better place for our family of four!

This luxurious townhome is welcoming and inviting. Being one of the more spacious floor plans in the community, you won't ever feel crammed during your stay and there is room for light entertainment.
Very few communities offer what Paseo does when it comes to beauty, nature, amenities, and friendly residents. As if the resort style lagoon pool, lap pool, and spa were not enough, you will love being able to pop out to the semi-private pool out back when you're in the mood for a quick dip!
If you're looking for convenience, look no further than the town center. Paseo offers regularly scheduled live music, dinners, food trucks, other vendors, and even on site dermatology services on a regular basis!
Right outside of Paseo and within walking distance, you will find the Crazy Dingo brewery as well as local farm items, live music, and food trucks on the weekends!
