**Cabin is centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You are just minutes away from all the attractions as well as many outdoor activities that the Great Smoky Mountains have to offer

**Guests must be at least 25yrs old to book

🐶 Pet Policy:

- There will be a pet fee of $150 for the entirety of your stay

- There is a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation and a limit of 50lbs per pet

- Please make sure to clean up after your pets and pickup any waste in surrounding areas

- Please crate or kennel pets if left unattended

- We are surrounded by wildlife so we highly recommend pets to be leashed when out for walks

- Please respect neighboring cabins when bringing your pets

Guest Access:

⭐️ Contact-less entry is provided for access to the cabin. Guests will receive access code prior to their arrival

⭐️ Guests will have private access to entire cabin and amenities to enjoy while on vacation

🚙 Free parking onsite for 3 mid-size vehicles or 2 full-size trucks.

The Neighborhood:

🌄Visit the Great Smokey Mountains National park where you will find trails for all levels.

⭐️ We recommend stopping by the Sugarland visitors center to get details on what each trail offers and also any updates on trail conditions (1420 Fighting Creek Gap Rd, Gatlinburg, TN 37738)

Getting Around:

⭐️ We recommend checking the websites to get fare and schedule information. Please feel free to reach out to us if you need any specific transportation needs

Other Things to Note:

⭐️ Cabin is located in the mountains and has paved roads leading to the property. During winter conditions 4WD/AWD is recommended.

🚙 Please only park on concrete and gravel areas surrounding the cabin.

**This is a non-smoking cabin: Guests who smoke inside the cabin will be charged a $500 fee and will have reservation canceled without refund
