Location is Everything!
Two bedroom beach front apartment, centrally located in the heart of Rincon, Puerto Rico.
Directly across the street is one of Rincons' beautiful beaches; Balneario of Rincon, and only a short 7 minute walk to downtown Rincon, where amazing restaurants and great night life surround the area! Less than a 10 minute drive to El Faro (Lighthouse) Domes Beach, and many other beautiful surrounding beaches.
Full kitchen, washer & dryer included. Access to pool & jacuzzi.

Our host was welcoming, helpful and our visit was great. The condo was furnished with everything we needed. The king bed (mattress) was the best. The pool was great, the beach across the street. It was a great vacation.

Across the street from the rincon public beach and close to drive to many of the beautiful beaches in rincon .. pool was nice to use. Beautiful view from the balcony . Lots of good dining options in the area

Location was great but roosters, cars and bar was so loud at night on weekend. Bathroom issues with toilet running/getting clogged. Tub had no hot water, other tub didn’t clog. Washing machine was so loud we thought it was breaking.

Hello Caitlin, Puerto Rico offers a vibrant island environment that differs from the U.S. mainland, particularly on weekends. Local sounds such as traffic, music, roosters, and nearby businesses are part of daily life and are outside of a host’s control. Part of the island experience is keeping an open mind and embracing these cultural differences. The plumbing systems in Puerto Rico can differ from those on the mainland. Great location!

We absolutely loved the location! A walk across the street had you at the beach. A little stroll has you at the Rincón square. Sunday morning market was adorable and the restaurants and bars in the evening were all wonderful. It provided a very authentic and non-touristy feel for this leg of our trip.

Great two bedroom condo!

This condo was excellent- better than it looks in the photos! Clean, with comfy furniture and nice kitchen. There were beach towels, beach chairs, and boogie boards which made it so easy to enjoy the beach! Five minute drive to surfing, ten to a great swimming beach. And a short walk to all the Rindon restaurants.

We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants and town is a short walk. We appreciate that beach chairs and beach towels were provided. We had a big storm coming through and the host kept us updated with everything we needed to know. Will definitely stay again

Great beach location

We loved Rincon and wish we had stayed longer! Easy access to the beach across the street, plus short walks/drives to other beaches. The unit had towels and beach chairs, which was awesome. Only complaint was we didn't get check in information, we had to request it as we were on our way. Otherwise they were communicative.

This was the perfect size condo for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and the comfy beds. It had pots and pans, silverware, plates, and 2 tvs. This condo felt very homey. It had coffee shops and downtown Rincon 10 minutes away. Local beaches and restaurants are a qround by car. Smaller cars work better on the island as many roads and parking are narrow. The owner was very responsive.

Excellent condo in Rincon. Fantastic location only a couple minutes walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes walk to center of town. Well maintained and beautifully decorated with great amenities. Excellent host with Supurb communication. We would highly recommend this property

The place is beautiful and clean The pool was nice and clean with clean bathrooms The only issue we had was the A/C in the guest bedroom did not work We contacted the host but they couldn’t get someone at the time to get it fix The host offered to compensate us for our troubles I gave 4 stars but I would have gave it 41/2 stars if possible Would stay again in the future

The property was exactly what I expected. The host was very responsive. The condo had everything we needed. It was extremely clean. Great air conditioning. It was right across the street from the beach. It had plenty of beach towels, chairs, snorkeling gear, etc.. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Condo for extended stay!

Our oldest son was selected to play in a collegiate baseball program local to Rincon, PRIBL. It’s a 28 day trip. This condo was perfect for our family to stay. When not traveling to nearby baseball games we enjoyed local beaches and even drove a hour or so away to go adventuring! (Pozo de Jacinto was our favorite! We cooked some meals, but also enjoyed local food and especially the farmer’s market on Sundays! Having a clean well appointed condo to come back to was perfect! We loved that they generously shared a beach cart, snorkeling gear and even a cooler! If we find our way back to Rincon, we will try to book here again!!

Excellent stay!

We loved our stay so much! Deborah’s condo was clean and safe. Gated parking and gates made us feel secure. We were able to walk to many places. We loved the beach across the street and went everyday. The city center (where the art walk is held on Thursdays) is a nice and easy 10 minute walk. There are many great restaurants within walking distance. The patio is just like her pictures. You can definitely see the ocean from it (and also from the front door). My friend and I could easily sit out there and play a card game. Deborah was so kind to have three beach chairs, a beach cart, 5 or 6 beach towels, an umbrella, a rolling cooler, and two nice sized ice packs for cooler. As she has stated the two bedrooms have air conditioning and they work great! We kept balcony door open and opened two windows when we were in living room and it cooled it off really well. There are also two great ceiling fans in living room. The showers and hot water were great. We had such a great time in Rincón. We would definitely stay here again! Some of our favorite spots to eat were Wake and Break (for breakfast) and the açaí spot across the street from it, Taste Gastrobar, and Taqueria Vatos Locos.
