- Electricity Usage - Electricity consumption is not included in your overall price and you will pay the consumption at a rate of ($17 pesos per kW). Just make sure you switch off the air conditioning correctly, especially during the day and when you leave your villa
- Family Friendly - Visitors must be registered - To ensure the highest level of safety and security, all guest must register with heir passport or ID.
- Inappropriate behavior and loud noise - please have guest refrain from inappropriate behavior and loud noise. After 10pm, please be discreet in order to respect the neighbors.
- SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED! Any violations will result in a $200 fine. No exceptions.
