The building did experience a temporary issue with the central boiler during your visit, which affected the hot water in several units. This was unfortunately outside of our control, but the building maintenance team has since resolved the problem. We also appreciate your feedback about the kitchen and the door — these details have already been addressed by our maintenance team to prevent further inconvenience. Our team regularly inspects all units for cleanliness and pest control, but we will re-evaluate this area to ensure it remains in perfect condition. Regarding the towels, we do stock the unit based on the number of guests in the reservation, and we do our best to accommodate additional requests—even during holidays, when staffing and delivery logistics can be more limited. I apologize if our response time was affected. As for the towel bars, shower nozzle, and closet door handle, I’ve passed this along to our maintenance team so we can inspect and repair as needed. Your observations help us improve, and I appreciate your attention to detail. We also do our best to prevent pests and treat the property regularly, but I’ll have the kitchen reinspected to ensure everything is under control. Lastly, I’m sorry to hear about your swimsuit.
