Desert Lagoon is a brand-new condo in the incredible Desert Color community in St. George, Utah! This unit will be the perfect fit with its 3 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy just being a short walk away from the Desert Color Resort, the community pool, and the beautiful lagoon!

You will love how family-friendly this unit is, complete with a pack ‘n play, highchair, beach toys and chairs, and an umbrella for shade! The custom-built bunk beds in the loft with extra storage will help keep things organized so you can fully relax. The kids will love to play in the loft on the gaming system, while the parents can relax on the rooftop deck as the stars start to come out. From the moment you walk in, and throughout your stay, you will feel at home and find everything you need here at Desert Lagoon!

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.
