Location, location, location!! This was perfect for us with our 3 children, walk out the back door to the pool, 5 minute walk to the beach or the trams are perfect if you have chairs, toys etc. Property was perfect and Jeff was super fast to respond to questions.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo! The condo was lovely, comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for. The condo was equipped, immaculately with every utensil imaginable. The hot tub was fabulous. What made our experience especially memorable was the host, who was so understanding, considerate, and incredibly helpful. In the middle of our stay, hurricane Isaias decided to head our way. Jeff could not have been more helpful, considerate and fair with us leaving early. I felt like he was truly worried about our safety and kept us abreast of all the updates of the danger of the hurricane They went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for and that everything went smoothly. It is such a pleasure to deal with someone who is so kind, accommodating, and genuinely concerned about their guests’ experience. We are so grateful for their thoughtfulness and would absolutely love to stay here again. Highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with an exceptional host

Great Location

We had a great stay and the property was perfect for a family of 5 plus a dog. The property was clean and perfectly located for walking/shopping/ eating.

We were so please with this vacation rental - not only with the condition of the house, but also the location (easy walk to the Gulf of Mexico), the neighborhood, and the amenities like a private hot tub and the well apportioned coffee bar. A couple of minor issues like smoke detector batteries needing to be changed were handled in lighting fast order. You won't be disappointed here!

Our group of 9 had an absolute blast staying at this wonderful Seacrest Beach condo! The three-story layout was perfect for our large party, offering everyone a great balance of space and privacy. We especially loved the setup of the downstairs floor. It featured two bedrooms, including a bunk room that was perfect for the kids, while the parents stayed right next door. It felt like they had their own private zone, which worked beautifully for our families.We cooked all but one of our meals at the condo, and the kitchen was phenomenal. It was fully stocked with more than enough high-quality equipment, pots, pans, and utensils to feed our large group without any hassle. The beach gear provided was in excellent condition, offering plenty of umbrellas and chairs so all 9 of us could enjoy the shade comfortably. Additionally, the community pool was amazing—it was incredibly clean with tons of seating areas to relax.A special shoutout and extra thanks to our host, Jeff! He was absolutely perfect and incredibly responsive to all of our needs throughout our stay.We had an unforgettable vacation and would definitely choose to stay at this exact property again in the future! Highly recommended!

Great location and wonderful property manager

The property is in a wonderful community/resort just steps from the pool and a short walk away from the beach and wonderful restaurants. We had a minor tech issue that the property manager worked tirelessly to resolve quickly. Everything we needed to enjoy a holiday week in a resort town, at the beach, or at the pool was provided. This property and team made it easy!
