Kid and Pet friendly House with Views!

Our single family house is perfect for families and dogs! It has a fenced in yard and great views of the mountains!
Our house has a lot of character with an open kitchen/living room downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need! The living room has a wood stove for cozy evenings. The patio door leads out to our sunny yard we can offer views of Peak One, a gas grill, a tree house, and fenced in yard for dogs and kids. Upstairs is a TV room/den, a master bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom with tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a small desk. The third room has a twin bed and also a queen bed up in the sleeping loft. There is also a second full bath upstairs.
In the summer there is biking and hiking right out the door and in the winter you have cross country skiing. There are also 5 ski areas within 30 minutes and you can walk to the bus to Copper or Breckenridge to avoid the ski area parking. Main Street is a 10 minute walk, and the marina and Frisco adventure park with tubing, sledding and the nordic center in the winter and mountain biking, skate park and bike park in the summer is 5 minutes away.
