The house was perfect for our size group. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything we could have needed to use. The hosts were extremely quick at responding when we had questions. We would stay here again!!!

This place was absolutely amazing. We stayed Dec19-24 and the house had everything my adult kids and us, in total 8 of us, could have wanted or asked for. We swam, fished, kayaked, got sun, etc. The host was so easy to talk to and andwered all of our questions very fast. Our family is truly grateful for the experience and can't wait to go back! I recommend this place to any family looking for a getaway!

Wonderful Christmas Getaway!

We enjoyed this house so much! We stayed over Christmas and it was the perfect getaway for our family. We spend a lot of time down by the canal fishing and relaxing. Would definitely stay again! The host was so wonderful- our flights home were delayed and she was so accommodating. You won’t regret this one!

Exceptional retreat!

We had a wonderful week at the perfect house! Everything was provided and we didn’t need to leave. From a stocked kitchen to pool towels and toys. Our boys loved the daily kayaking trips and bike rides! Ashley is a perfect. We were sad to leave this paradise.

Perfect Family Vacation Getaway !

We walked into Villa Francesca and were blown away by the decor, the pool and the view. I loved having my coffee by the pool in the morning and watching the sunset from the dock. We kayaked, rode bikes around the neighborhood and tried our hand at fishing. This was our 1st Vrbo, so we weren't sure what to expect. This exceeded all of our expectations so much that as we left for the airport, we were planning when we could book Villa Francesca again!

Villa Francesca did not DISAPPOINT!

This beautiful vacation home rates a 10 all the way around! We had a very relaxing and memorable vacation. This amazing home was stocked with everything you would ever need or want. Plenty of room to move around and enjoy each other all at the same time. Ashley has put much thought into what you would need on vacation from a deck of cards to coolers, chairs and ice machine. Great host and was available for any questions. We will definitely be back!

This property is wonderful, just as pictured. The beds are comfortable, the view is amazing and we all had a great time. We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed them every day. We even took the kayaks out! The highlight was fishing...they have poles in the garage but we brought our own. We fished every day and each person caught atleast 5 fish, of all different sizes. We frequently stay in Cape Coral and it was the best fishing experience we've had. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood with stores and restaurants nearby...we highly recommended the lobster lady for fresh seafood. We had a nice, relaxing stay at the property and would gladly come back again. Thanks Ashley and John!

Awesome vacation spot!

Our stay was exceptional. The house was clean and very spacious, and accommodated our large family comfortably. It was just as pictured! The house was thoroughly equipped with essentials ranging from cooking utensils to towels, catering comprehensively to our beach trip needs. The family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and kayaks, ensuring entertainment for all children aged 2 to 16 without a dull moment. The location proved convenient, with proximity to stores and only a 30-minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. Furthermore, the host provided outstanding hospitality, remaining readily available for any assistance required. We can't wait to visit again!

Amazing resort style home in Cape Coral

This home has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy a vacation away from home! From the pool, to the outdoor lounge area, to the beautiful and welcoming inside, to the included perks of beach chairs, ice machine, coolers, pool floats, etc. You cannot go wrong here! We’ve stayed in many other homes in Florida and had to purchase all sorts of things we didn’t want to. Ashley made this vacation incredibly easy for us to enjoy without visiting the store multiple times. It was a great location for us to enjoy everything including our family and friends. We will most certainly be back!

Amazing getaway!

We had such a fun and relaxing time enjoying this beautiful vacation home. The interior and exterior are immaculate and just as pictured. The owners of this property are very attentive to every little detail making this a true home away from home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials. The master bathroom was amazing and has a spa like feel boasting a Hugh walk-in shower equipped with spray heads from every angle. The pool and spa was a favorite of ours, very warm to enjoy both day and night. The dock at sunrise was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee. The canals are very quite and relaxing if you just want to sit and take in the views or go fishing and kayaking. We truly enjoyed this home and can’t wait to go back!!

Our Relaxing Week in Cape Coral

Our goal in renting this property was to have a relaxing and fun week enjoying the property and nearby area. This property is not a typical vacation property. It actually felt more like home. The owners are so attentive to all of the details which make the house feel like a home. Highlights: the pool, coffee on the dock at sunrise, and the Master rain head shower. Unlike many vacation properties, the home was well furnished with beautiful new furniture. The Kitchen was stocked with most anything you could ever need and more. It was a great location. We had a fantastic week. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and hope to return again to enjoy this amazing property.

Perfect Getaway

This house could not have been any better for my family. The open layout is perfect especially with small ones to watch everyone. Everything you need is provided for you plus more. You really don't even have to leave as there was fishing, swimming, biking and kayaking to keep everyone entertained. Upon arrival there was one issue with a hinge on the bedroom door that was missing a screw but the owners quick response and the professional handyman that was sent out asap made it no problem at all because we all know things happen. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone!!!

Wonderful Home Away from Home!

Villa Francesca was absolutely wonderful! Perfect location and layout with 2 bedrooms on each side of main kitchen and living space. Very clean, fresh, bright, great amenities and decor. High quality furnishings, appliances, serving dishes - very well thought out and cool lighting. The pool, spa, deck and dock with tiki bar gave us so many spaces to enjoy together and watch the sunrise and sunset or play cards and bags. Great privacy with neighboring homes. Amazing trip. Amazing house!!!!!

We had an amazing time. The house is unbelievable and exactly as pictured and described. The manager was always very quick to respond and very helpful. You cannot beat this house. Our only issue was the location. We try to go somewhere in Florida once or twice a year and pick new places each time. We just weren’t fond of this location. I will say take the cruise to Key West but plan your time while there. It does make for a long day but worth it. We HIGHLY recommend this house. You cannot go wrong.

Awesome relaxing vacation !!

Thank you for sharing your gorgeous coastal home with us. What a relaxing get away with a spectacular view. The home was immaculately clean, with all brand new appliances including an ice machine in the garage that came in handy during our getaway. The beds were super comfortable and the home was tastefully decorated. Location is key for us and this property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet super close to the most amazing restaurants. We were able to drive a quick 5 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, clothing stores, hair/nail salons, pharmacies and convenience stores. Checkin was super easy and Ashley was very helpful answering questions and recommending restaurants, charters, siteseeing tours etc. You will love this home and all it has to offer,we can’t wait to return next year. Great week!

I found this property while looking for my family and myself for a week vacation. The pictures don't really do the property justice, even though, they are great, it is just even better in person! There was 7 of us, ages ranging from 5 to 94 and every single one of us loved staying here. The beds were unbelievably comfortable. The pool was warm and big! We swam every day. The tiki hut on the dock was a great hangout spot for sunrises! The amenities were perfect, corn hole, kayaks, beach chairs, card games to name a few. The ice machine in the garage was a great feature as well. The kitchen came stocked with any pot/pan/utensil you may need which was nice. We appreciated how easy Ashley was to get in touch with for any questions as well. We will 100% sure we will be back! Thank you!

Villa Francesca

We have stayed in many VRBO's before and this place has everything you need and more! The kitchen is fully stocked and has more than enough dishes, glasses and utensils. Everything was super clean when we arrived. Our favorite part was the ice machine in the garage and the reverse osmosis system! We used the cooler that was in the garage, filled it full with ice and drinks and took off for the beach several days in a row. Not to mention that the RO system made filling water bottles super easy for our family. If you don't want to leave the house, there is plenty of outdoor activities right in the back yard. We enjoyed using the kayaks and fishing poles and of course swimming in the pool. The dock was so relaxing at night and our kids enjoyed seeing the turtles in the water. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place, everything was perfect!

Amazing and beautiful stay

Villa Francesca was amazing. The pictures are exactly the way the house looked. All the extra amenities were great to have. The kids used the fishing poles to fish everyday and night. They caught a lot of small catfish. The kids had fun taking the kayaks out in the canal. We took a few bike rides into town. The cooler and big ice machine really came in handy when we rented a boat for the day. *Highly recommended* The pool was swam in every night. The neighborhood was very quiet. There were tvs in every room but we were so busy in the pool, on the dock, or just relaxing on the lanai, that we didn’t even turn any of the tvs on. The owner Ashley was very easy to contact and answered every question I had very promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed

You will find Villa Francesca surrounded by beautiful palm trees nestled in a fabulous, family friendly, quiet neighborhood. This home also sits on a gulf access canal for all of the boaters. Villa Francesca is only 1.9 miles to many spectacular restaurants, bakeries, groceries stores and delicious ice cream shoppes and shopping. If you chose not to explore the Cape Coral you are sure to enjoy this home by relaxing at the outside lanai that overlooks the pool, tiki hut and gulf access canal.
