Thank you for your interest in staying here. We are taking every precaution possible to ensure the safety of our staff and guests by using CDC approved sanitizers exclusively and we are disinfecting all door handles, switches, remotes, cabinets, appliances etc. Your room is self check-in with key code entrance, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishes, utensils, etc. We are on the property in case you need anything.

2 night minimum on weekends.

Weekend rates are $110.00/night. Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun.

Weekdays are $95.00/night.



_________THE CASTLE SUITE - D__________

Queen mahogany bed, 6 ft air-jet Jacuzzi bath with marble tile surround, separate living room/bedroom space. Reclaimed antique heart pine floors in bedroom and living room. Marble floor in the bathroom. Room also connects to a deck/gazebo overlooking the grounds with a gas grill & catwalk connecting to lunar saunas & also to a stone/cedar log gazebo.

Secluded setting with numerous ponds, canoe, a floating dock, nature trails, picnic area with a fire pit, shelter & grill (hickory wood provided), stone & cedar gazebo, wood fired lunar sauna, cool dip pool, Frisbee golf course, establishing a organic vegetable farm. For group gatherings and multiple guests movie theater is accessible with advance notice and prior scheduling with the host. Guest rooms have netflix/TV provided in the rooms for individual viewing.

Lounge & study room overlooking the green house in Castle accessible to all guests. Located at the entrance of the castle before you get to suite D & P. Communal kitchen.

*We provide eco dishwashing liquid, which contains no petrol chemicals and is 100% biodegradable. We use Green Works toilet cleaner & Seventh Generation Dishwasher Gel.

*We provide 100% recycled paper napkins & 40% recycled toilet tissue.



__________Pet Policy__________

Due to allergy reasons we do not allow pets in any of our rooms or common/shared areas. No exceptions please. Hosts & other long term residents live on premises. Units are not independent cabins.



______MULBERRY ORGANIC FARM_______

The farm is located across the road from the barn. Produce can be bought on site when/if available. Please keep in mind that the farm is seasonal and therefore may not be available at all times.

We recommend you take the time to explore some of our many local attractions like Skyline Drive, check website hikingupward for hiking suggestions, Luray caverns,`Noon Whistle Pottery`, `Fabio`s Italian eatery`, Mission Home Bake Shop` & numerous antique galleries in Ruckersville, just to name a few. Close proximity to 30 vineyards along the Monticello Wine Trail. 6 President homes including Monticello, Montpelier & Ashlawn. Guest have access to common areas like lunar sauna, ponds on the map, picnic area with fire pit, stone gazebo, frisbee golf course, nature walk, lounges, meditation room, game room & massage room.



Guests are to observe all posted signage. Do not enter areas signed `Private”. Do not explore areas not listed in the pictures as there are other guests and residents on the property.



We would like to meet our guests during their stay and request that you give us a call after you are checked into your room from the land line provided in the common kitchen in the green barn.



Secluded setting for a relaxed experience surrounded by woods, birds, bunnies & nature/rural sounds.



We recommend arriving here in a car as there is no convenient public transit/transportation to get to nearby attractions or to airports, train stations & bus stations.



Kindly note there is no good cell reception here and we recommend that you read up on all directions, check in information before arrival or print if necessary. You may not be able to access information on your cell phone on the grounds/parking on arrival.
