This updated 2nd floor home has 3 cozy bedrooms, to accommodate 4 Adults and 4 children comfortably. The property hosts are very responsive and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc; towels and sheets are also provided. The location is good and within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and stores. Would highly recommend this property!

The property was very well maintained inside and it was a great location for our family. Since my children are all college-aged, I didn't have to worry about distance to beach/boards. I was so grateful that we could bring our dog!

Overall, it was a great stay with some fantastic memories made. Location was nice and took about 10 minutes to walk tp the boardwalk. The owner was very responsive when there was an issue with the air conditioning upon arrival. There were a few things about the house that need attention that would make a better experience.1.Bedrooms: The bedroom shades were not long enough to cover the windows which provided privacy concerns. We had to put towels on the blinds at night. The sheets were stained, and the beds were uncomfortable. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. 2. Kitchen: Was perfect for us to make morning breakfast and store food and beverages in the refrigerator. 2. Outdoor: Nice patio area to relax after the day. The slider door was very difficult to open to the outdoor patio and needs some maintenance. The stairs leading to the main entrance were loose and unstable. Overall it was a nice stay

Tim & Hannah were the perfect hosts. They went above and beyond expectations and the communication pre-checkin through post check-out was stellar. The location was perfect and convenient and the amenities were plentiful. They will 100% go out of their way to make sure their guests are satisfied. Boardwalk Hall in AC and ocean getaway

The location was great for us. The house was perfect for us. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Close enough drive to Atlantic City to go to the show and be back in a peaceful neighborhood shortly after the show was over. Tim and Hannah answered us very quickly anytime we had a question. Look forward to going back again!

Great spot for weekend stay

Stayed for the weekend while in town for a fundraiser event. Perfect spot in proximity to the boardwalk and to get back over the bridge into Somers Point and Linwood. Rental was clean and street parking was available right in front. Dog friendly was a plus. It was just 3 adults staying so could see it getting crowded with more people as there is just 1 bath. But it was perfect for us.

Great Stay

Everything you want and need for your stay plus Tim & Hannah were great hosts. The condo was spotless upon arrival, communication with the hosts was seamless, and overall the condo is spacious with a very nice kitchen/dining area. Parking was a breeze on 11th St as the description suggests.

Excellent value

Really pleased with our stay here! Awesome location, walkable to everything you need, good food, shopping, and of course, the beach. I'd recommend a little wagon or cart if you're bringing lots to the beach. The outdoor patio is so nice to have and really extends the livable space. Thanks for a great visit!
