This property is in a central location close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown shopping is also close. There is plenty of room for 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enough parking for three vehicles in the garage and driveway. There is a municipal golf course in the area along with the Ocean City airport. Access in and out of Ocean City is by the 9th Street causeway. Walk to Piccini's restaurant, famous for their pizza! You only have to park once! Beautifully decorated! No Senior Week Rentals.

The home is lovely. Great location with easy access to beach and boardwalk. My teens had a wonderful time despite our crazy weather. I wouldn’t hesitate to return should the opportunity arise. The owners couldn’t be nicer, so I heartily recommend this venue.

Great vacation property!

The house was fantastic! We came for a family wedding! There were 6 adults but, the house can easily handle a few more people! The kitchen had everything we needed to bake cookies for the wedding receptionThe living space was large!

Great Stay

Excellent stay at this wonderful beach home. Clean and bright, from check in to check out everything went great. The location can’t be beat, close to dining, shopping and best of all the beach and boardwalk. Plan on a return trip next year! Highly recommmend.

Great place to stay

This is the second year in a row my husband and I have stayed at this property and it did not disappoint. It is a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as the downtown shops. Communication with the property owner was very easy. The house itself is in very well kept condition and spacious.

Great location

Property is spacious and comfortable. Short walk to the beach, Boardwalk, coffee shops, bakeries, and local clothing shops. Lovely deck with awning for outdoor dining or relaxing. Loved the property and the location!

Once I figured out how to get the coded door lock to light up to enter my code and how to work the Nest thermostat, I was good! I was there by myself in the beginning of our stay and obviously I'm not very tech savvy! ;D We had great weather and a great time!! We loved the property and the location!!

Prime OC unit and location

The unit is quite nice in an outstanding location. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating about a few matters. We were a party of mostly seniors and did find the climb to the 2nd floor tiring.

Home away from home

Peter, the owner was very easy to communicate with. The property sits in the middle of everything! We walked everywhere. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great! We hated to leave. The only small issue we had, was there was no service in the back of the condo, while we were in the back bedrooms.

Off season vacation

Had a great time in Ocean City for two weeks starting after Labor Day. The crowds were gone but the business were still open. The beach house had plenty of space for my family of seven adults. Two blocks from the beach/boardwalk. It was easy walking everywhere. It would have been nice to have more bikes but we borrowed a few from friends in the area. Overall, one of my favorite fun filled and relaxing vacations.

Great stay!

Everything was perfect! Close to the beach (even though the weather was not so great). The roomy four bedrooms was perfect for my daughter’s graduation celebration. The jouch (jean couch) was a great conversation starter. We all loved it! The deck fit all 10 of us comfortably. Walking distance to the shops on the boardwalk and also some cute little coffee shops nearby. Oh and a bakery that was delicious. Thank you Peter for renting your property to us.

Lovely experience

My husband and I return to this exact beach house each year for the past 3 years now. It is very close to the boardwalk and the downtown OCNJ shops. It is has all the amenities we need (washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove/oven). The host is extremely kind and responsive. We will (hopefully) continue to enjoy this beach house annually.

Everything we wanted!

This house was great! We always park in this area when we take day trips to OCNJ and frequently talked about renting a place this close to the main attractions of the boardwalk. This house is close enough to the boardwalk to make it convenient but not so close that it is burdened with extreme noise. The house was super clean, and extremely well-stocked for a rental. The front deck was great for morning coffee and for outdoor dinners. The next time we look to stay in OCNJ, we will definitely consider staying at this property again.

1st impression walking into the house - it was very clean, location was very good - 2 blocks off the board walk and beach and plenty of good restaurant choices within a few blocks. We have 4 adults a 4 year old and a toddler and were very comfortable in the house.
