Located in North Forest Beach, this home is 1 block from Coligny Plaza with shops, dining and entertainment. This is a 6 bedroom 5 Bath home with a convenient bunk room and game room. Outside seating with pool, grill and cornhole. Leave the packing to us, we have beach towels, carts, buckets, coolers, umbrellas and chairs for your perfect beach day!
Things to know:
-We have a private concierge that will assist you with codes for getting in property and be your contact for your stay.
-The town of Hilton Head Island prohibits parking on the street, grass or pine straw. We have 4 parking spots in the driveway. Extra vehicles can be parked at the airport for free.
-Pets are allowed for a fee. Two max.
-Pool can be heated for a fee. The yard is completely fenced in, the pool does not have extra gates, fencing.
-The fireplace is only decorative.
-Min age requirement is 25.
