Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Private study set up as a bedroom with a daybed (enclosed with a folding door and curtain for privacy)
• Living room 1: Queen pull-out sofa
• Living room 2: Daybed

The study/third bedroom is located at the back of the house and overlooks the backyard, making it a great space for both sleeping and working.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

Step outside to enjoy the yards, shaded by two stunning oak trees over 100 years old—giving the space a unique sense of charm and privacy. There’s also a gas BBQ for easy outdoor meals.
