This is listed as "administrative fee" when booking. Please rest assured that this deposit is fully refundable within 24 hours of your checkout, provided there are no damages or issues requiring attention during your stay. This precautionary measure allows us to maintain the quality of our accommodations while giving you complete peace of mind during your visit.

Please note, per HOA restrictions: No street parking in front of the house. Trailers and boats must be parked in the garage overnight. No trailers, boats, semi-trucks, etc may be parked in the driveway or on the street overnight. There is a fine of $50 if this policy is violated. Thank you for understanding.

Based on the extensive deep cleaning necessary for longer stays, any booking of more than 7 nights will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee that will be requested shortly after booking. This fee covers the extra laundry and time needed to prepare the home for the next guests.
