From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by Solitude and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 1 vehicle.

Escape to the majesty of Solitude Mountain Resort with our charming 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome, the perfect sanctuary for your vacation getaway. Nestled amidst the majestic peaks of the Wasatch mountains in Solitude Village, this alpine haven promises an unforgettable experience for up to 6 guests.

Spread over three stories, our townhome offers the utmost comfort and privacy. Each level features a cozy bedroom, ensuring that everyone enjoys their own space. The upper floor boasts a spacious great room with expansive views of the pristine slopes, plush seating, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart TV. The kitchen and dining area are adjacent to the great room. It's the ideal spot for gathering and relaxing after a day of adventure. A den with seating and an additional smart TV on the bottom floor allows for a separate space to relax. Club Solitude access, wifi, and in-house laundry machines are all provided at no additional cost.

**Slopeside Convenience**

For avid skiers and snowboarders, the location couldn't be better. Just a 6-8 minute walk/ski will have you at the lifts, ready to conquer the slopes. And when you're done for the day, the 8-10-minute walk back (including a slightly uphill section of about 450 feet) ensures that you'll feel right at home in no time.

Our townhome features 3 bedrooms with well-dressed beds. The main level and downstairs bedrooms each host a King bed and ensuite full bathroom; the upstairs bedroom contains 2 single/twin beds.
