THE SPACE
Enjoy stunning marsh views from three tiers of furnished decks, including a lovely screened porch where you can lounge on the outdoor sectional overlooking the canal. Prepare a casual lunch in the full kitchen inside, and then bring it out to the picnic table on the covered patio to dine in a serene setting. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and there's a cornhole set for guests who love lawn games.

The house's interior is bright with natural light, especially in the living area with its soaring ceiling and big picture windows that display the picturesque, tree-dotted landscape. The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated, and the primary bedroom on the main level offers private access to the front-facing balcony. There is a sofa bed in the loft for an additional sleeping option.

As night settles in, walk the stone path to gather around the canal-side firepit or recline on the upper deck's lounge chairs for some stargazing.

THINGS TO KNOW

To access the community amenities, you need to purchase a key card for $30 per person per stay for ages 16 and older. Under 16 must be with an adult to use amenities, and don't need their own key card. The host will contact you prior to your stay to confirm the quantity and payment for the cards.

Guests may reserve tee times for the on-site public golf course at the pro shop.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
