I'm mostly from the East Coast. I was born in NY but call Florida home even though I live in CO, since that is where most of my family is. My dad was Army, my husband was Air Force, so I have lived all over the world. I love traveling, hiking 14ers, skiing, and spending time with my 5 wonderful children, daughter-in-law, and Grandson.

Welcome to our charming Villa in the Mountain Shadows' neighborhood! This neighborhood holds a special place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to share why!
We love sitting on our patio in the evening and overlooking Mountain Shadows Open Space.
Proximity to Major Attractions and Natural Beauty:
The coveted West side of Colorado Springs offers the serenity of nature as it is surrounded by stunning parks including the famous Garden of the Gods, the versatile Ute Valley Park and beautiful Blodget Peak, to name a few. Nature lovers will be delighted to know that these parks are less than 5 minutes away and Ute Valley Park is less than .4 miles away from your front door! Our favorite park to visit is Ute Valley Park because you will see bikers, hikers, climbers, and runners all in one park! Mountain Shadows Open Space backs up to the Villas at Mountain Shadows' neighborhood. We enjoy sitting on the balcony overlooking the Open Space, taking leisurely walks with our dogs through the Open Space, and going for a morning job to start our day on the right foot.

We’ve also chosen this neighborhood because of its reputation for safety and convenience. You can explore the area with peace of mind and essential amenities are a short distance away on Vindicator, and Garden of the Gods road.
