The Dahlia home was perfect for our family of 24. The home was also child-friendly - a game room, pool, fire pit... what could be better! We brought in our food for the 6 nights and never left the property - there were enough refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ovens... to accommodate all meals.

There were 30 of us spending the week at this beautiful home for a long awaited vacation. It was wonderful! The information about this house was just as it was listed! We enjoyed the space, the pool, and the time together as a family. Our host did an amazing job responding to any concern that came up. The house was immaculate! The only thing that we wished we could do, was to stay longer!!

Perfect for a large group! Even with 45 people, it didn't feel crowded once.

The Dwell team did an excellent job communicating, ensuring we had enough resources on site for our big group, and the house accommodated all 45 of us without anyone sleeping on couches or feeling overwhelming. The massive kitchen, dishwashers, and 3 mega fridges made it a breeze for our culinary team to thrive, and the theater made for an epic immersion into audio/video. 12/10 experience!

I don’t think I could say enough positive things about this venue! The property was absolutely stunning. The only thing that I can say is that they undersold this property. There are so many details that add to the property that we were delightfully surprised by! There were additional amenities and features that made our weekend run even more smoothly. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

Family Reunion

We had an amazing stay at this Dahlia! The space was perfect for accommodating multiple families comfortably, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were thoughtfully designed and made it easy for our group to spend quality time together. The house had something for everyone. One of the highlights was the incredible playroom for the kids — it kept them entertained for hours and made the trip even more enjoyable for the adults. This home truly offers something for all ages, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group getaway. Highly recommend!

We do our family vacation every year at a different location, this house was voted the best by a couple of my kids. I have 10 grandkids, 5 girls, 5 boys. They love to be separate from each other. This house allowed each group to be well separated as well as provide private areas for the parents. Kitchen and view are fabulous. Pool and outside games was a daily hit for the grandkids and parents. I especially want to thank Jorge for his attentiveness and responsiveness; you don't often find owners that care as much about their guests. Hard to say goodbye. Also a thank you to Jorge's friendly and helpful team members that we got to meet.

This property is amazing! Highly recommended to large groups who want to spend time together, but also be able to have privacy.The bedroom/bathroom set up makes it easy for families to have privacy. While the common areas are thoughtfully set up to allow groups to spend time together. Dining is set up for everyone to eat meals together, large game room, and backyard are set up for everyone to have a place to hang out. If you are looking to make meals for a large group, the prep kitchen in the back gives all the counter space and storage you could need. The extra stoves and fridges were very helpful when feeding 30 people. There’s lots to do nearby, but you actually never need to leave the property because it has so much. Would highly recommend

The house was perfect! My husband and his exec team stayed here for 4 nights. Great meeting place as was as a big kitchen for meals. Will be back!

We had a college friend reunion and enjoyed the best weekend at Dahlia! The house is INCREDIBLE and the staff is kind and responsive. We are now planning on making this an annual tradition and can't wait to check out the other properties! Thank you for an incredible time!

Wonderful family reunion spot

We had 35 people--ages 1 to almost 90--staying here, and everyone had so much fun. Jorge was a great host, so responsive before, during, and after our stay. We made all our meals, so it was great to have the catering kitchen and lower-level refrigerator to store everyone's food. There's enough room for everyone to gather or for people to find space for alone time. We also enjoyed Weko Beach on Lake Michigan. We would gladly return to Dahlia.

Corporate Retreat

As a company that is mainly remote, we love using Dahlia for our corporate retreat year after year to gather in person. Jorge is extremely accommodating, and responsive to our needs no matter the request big or small! We look forward to our stay in 2026!
