The Space:

**Snowbird 30 day monthly rate $2810 plus tax**. This rate is for Direct Website bookings only. Airbnb will have additional fees added to the nightly rate so please send us a message for all snowbird monthly rate inquiries of you're inquiring on Airbnb.



Upon entering the unit, you will see the laundry room located immediately on the right with washer/dryer and iron/ironing board.



To the left is the first bedroom with a queen mattress and en-suite bathroom which is also accessible through the hallway.



Walking further into the unit you will see the fully stocked kitchen on the right then dining room then living room with sleeper couch.



Directly across from living room is the master bedroom with king size mattress and en-suite bathroom. Private balcony access is located through the master bedroom.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to everything inside unit 1003 and the indoor pool/exterior pool, hot tub, fitness gym, and beach access.



The Neighborhood:

Island Royale is located only 1 mile from Gulf Shores Pkwy and located next to the Gulf State Park with 28 miles of bike/walking trails.



Located conveniently across the street is Ike's Beach Service where you can rent any beach equipment, kayaks, boat rentals, etc!



When exiting the complex you can enjoy everything Gulf Shores has to offer like the Hangout, ice cream shops, shopping, and more!



Need to buy groceries? Publix, Rouses Market, and Walmart Supercenter is located only a few miles away!



Getting Around:

Upon entering the complex you can park anywhere in an open spot. You will see the guards located next to elevators where parking passes can be purchased.



You can use the carts located on 1st floor and bring your luggage up to the 10th floor. Upon exiting the elevators, take a left and unit 1003 will be the first unit on the right.



Other Things to Note:

Please use the dining room table, bar stools, or balcony chairs for eating meals to avoid stains on furniture.
