The Space:
Our stunning home is a haven of modern sophistication with 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 pristine bathrooms, providing accommodation for up to 16 sun-seeking guests. With family or friends in tow, our expansive home provides a serene escape where contemporary style meets coastal comfort. The added convenience of free Wi-Fi and the warm welcome extended to small dogs (for a nominal fee) elevates your stay to a delightful home-away-from-home experience.

Our digitally secured front door will usher you into a sun-drenched living and dining room, tastefully redesigned to radiate a fresh, inviting ambiance. With its lofty vaulted ceiling, dual plush couches, a large SmartTV, and a rustic farm-style dining table, this space effortlessly entwines comfort and style.

Journey through to our galley-style kitchen, a delight for culinary enthusiasts. Crafted with careful consideration, the layout ensures efficient use of space while you whip up your favorite meals using our comprehensive collection of cookware and dinnerware, paired with essential modern appliances.

Meander down the hall to our generously sized bedrooms. The serene master suite offers a resplendent king bed, intricate built-in shelves, a cozy sitting area with a SmartTV, and a sleek ensuite bathroom - a sanctuary of restful repose. Our additional bedrooms continue to offer generous space, three fitted with comfortable queen beds, while the final room is an idyllic retreat for children, outfitted with two twin-over-full bunk beds.

Two more meticulously maintained bathrooms are at your disposal, ensuring everyone can prepare for the day without delay.

Outside, our secluded backyard serves as your personal outdoor oasis. Enclosed for your privacy, it comes complete with a bbq grill and comfortable patio furniture - the perfect setting for alfresco dining or evening relaxation under the Corpus Christi stars.

We welcome 2 dogs (up to 50 lbs) in each home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If additional pets will be occupying the homes, please message us and we will request additional funds after the booking is confirmed.

"I am mostly satisfied that we were allowed early check-in. We did have an inconvenience with one of the bathrooms being out of service we were a large group with limited bathroom use our entire stay but managed. Other than that we had someone answering 24/7 which was great. House is beautiful and near almost everything including pharmacy and grocery store. we would definitely rent again. Thanks to Chayanne who constantly checked on us."

"The house was big enough for my entire family. We were all impressed with how spacious and nice it was. They provided an extra fan and were able to use it in the room next to the garage that got a little warm. We did have a few issues with the house but the host was very responsive. I always heard back in a reasonable time and it was easy making a reservation with him as well."

"We had a group of 9 and there was even extra space for more without being cramped. Big rooms, plenty of rooms and bathrooms. A place for us all to sit together to eat, relax in comfort. We enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the ability to keep our group together."

"Can’t always control when unexpected maintenance issues arises but what can be controlled is the manner and speed and I feel the host handled it great. Communication was always quick and accommodations were made where needed."

"The house is just as you can see in the photos, it is very spacious and very comfortable, the beds are very good and that is very important to rest, the only detail was the stove, the burners stopped working and being a large family, that was a problem, but we told the host and they helped us the next day with a portable electric stove, the house is newly remodeled, just need to renovate showers and appliances it would be good to have the option of an additional table, because the dining room is only for 8 people
the spaciousness of the house is very good for 16 people , it has a washer and dryer in the garage and 3 full bathrooms
we forgot a pillow, the cleaning team picked it up and followed up for delivery. thank you for your attention and kindness"

Our home is located in a residential area just off of Ocean Drive. It is within walking distance of Corpus Christi Bay.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged.

The driveway allows for 3 cars. Street parking is permitted and there is space for a trailer.

Interaction with Guests:
