Come to Casa de Pescadores #603. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Fully furnished, 1500 sqft with beautiful upscale furnishings throughout. Its comfortable, cozy and coastal. Right on the water, outdoor furniture to hangout on, fish from the deck, BBQ on the deck, Boat slip to use and watch sunrises and sunsets.
Lets be honest, you need a vacation! This is the place to be!
This townhome is a fully furnished 3 bedroom. It is comfortable, cozy, and right on the water canal. This property accommodates 10 guests with a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath.
Bedroom 1:
Offers a Master King bed upstairs with a comfortable mattress that you can relax and have a great nights rest. Flat screen Roku TV provided so you can sign into any apps. There is a Pack N Play in the closet (Always at the unit if needed).
Bedroom2:
Offers a Guest Queen bed downstairs with a comfortable mattress that will also grant you a great nights rest. Flat screen Roku TV provided so you can sign into any apps.
Bedroom 3:
Offers a Guest Full size top and bottom bunkbed upstairs. A twin foldaway in the walkin closet when needed. Flat screen Roku TV provided so you can sign into any apps.
The Living Room:
Open spacious floor plan for everyone to enjoy. Flat screen Roku TV provided so you can sign into any apps. Board games, puzzles and books provided for entertainment of all ages. A twin foldaway in the corner when needed.
The Kitchen and Dining Area:
Offers a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table can seat 8 and the bar can seat 3.
The Laundry Room:
Offers a full size washer and dryer, free to use in the unit.
Outside:
You will have a furnished patio with 6 chairs, 6 side tables, 1 gas firepit, 1 gas bbq grill, 1 kayak, and 1 lilly pad. You can enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine, watch the sunrise, a sunset in the evening, read a book, or enjoy a cold one while listening to your favorite tunes.
What is provided:
*All Kitchen essentials for cooking, eating, and drinking (dish soap, sponge and dishwasher pods)
*Bathroom essentials (hand soap, hand towels, washcloths, face towels, body towels, 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash)
*Laundry essentials (detergent pods, dryer sheets, oxi clean, stain remover spray)
*Cleaning supplies (multipurpose spray, broom/dust pan, vacuum, mop)
*Please DO NOT USE the bath towels as beach towels! Otherwise you wont have anything to dry off with when you shower! Please provide your own beach towels to use!
Location:
This townhome has 1 car garage parking spot. You are more than welcome to park behind the garage, on the side of the garage in front of the front door, or down the street in the extra parking area down by the cul-de-sac.
Grills:
A gas Grill is provided on the back deck. Please be mindful and clean up after use.

We provide a discount code for Golf Cart Rentals after you book with us! Please follow up in our rental guide link we send you.
Fishing:
You are on a canal, so you are more than welcome to fish off of the deck. The neighbor has a green light, fishing at night is great!
You can also book a fishing trip, just ask us for details and we can send you the link!
Beach:
Whitecap Beach is a 5min drive.
Bob Hall Beach is a 10 min drive.
JP Luby Beach is a 10 min drive.
Mustang Island beach is a 15 min drive.
Malaquite Beach is a 14 min drive.
Padre Island National Seashore - 14 min drive you will find a stretch of white sand beach, scenic dunes and warm ocean water, offering ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, beach-combing, windsurfing, camping, bird-watching and viewing wildlife.
Beach toys and water accessories are in the garage to use. Please remember to rinse off all toys with the water hose provided when you return them!
You will have access to the entire townhome.
The beach is a 5min drive down whitecap blvd. You can drive your vehicle onto the beach with a beach permit, purchased at the gas station down the street. You can also park at the Michael J. Ellis seawall parking lot that is located on Windward. Or you are also welcome to rent a golf cart with the discount we offer after booking. Please refer to the rental guide link we send you.
*This is a family and pet friendly condo in a quiet setting. With that being said if you’re bringing along your furry friend (up to 2 max) there will be a pet fee required once you book ($150). This fee helps with cleaning preparation in keeping it pristine for the next guests and furry friends! Please be respectful to your neighborly guests and yourself!
*You must be 25 years+ to rent this property.
*This is a no smoke/vape/hookah/pipe free property.
*The use of recreational drugs is PROHIBITED. Any evidence of ANY and EVERY type of particular drug use or storage of said substance(s) or drug related paraphernalia at this property will incur additional cleaning fees.
