Pillows, Covers and Quilts covered in blood. It is very important for us to receive feedback, and we carefully listen to each of them to improve our service. It is also important to clarify any inaccuracies that may arise, as in this case. We understand that these complaints may be a way to avoid responsibility for leaving the property in such a horrible, unpleasant, and dirty condition. Bloodstains on bathrooms, pillows and covers need to be replaced due to the state in which they were left. For the cleaning staff, this is disgusting and like everyone else, they deserve respect. Cleanliness is one of the most important keys, and we stand out with 5-star reviews on other platforms precisely because of this quality, as you confirmed the day you arrived at our property after thoroughly inspecting it. We regret that all your dissatisfaction was communicated on the last day before leaving, and you did not let us know in time to promptly address any issues, as is usually done in these applications to ensure both the host and the guest have a satisfactory experience. That's why it's disappointing and unacceptable to witness such rude and disrespectful behavior, indicating a lack of consideration for the condition of the property. We want to address this review directly, as it does not reflect an accurate picture of the property or the stay. The issues raised, covered patio furniture (standard between-stay protection, uncovered on request) and a couple ants sighting during heavy rain (resolved the same day and treated immediately) are minor and routine, not the kind of issues that justify a 4/10 rating. The claim that Villa Maria has "cheap" furniture and accessories is simply inaccurate. This home is professionally designed and furnished, and we stand fully behind its quality and presentation. We invite anyone reading this review to look at our photos and other guest reviews to judge for themselves. We hold our properties to a high standard and will always address legitimate concerns quickly, as we did here, but we won't let a mischaracterization stand uncorrected.
