Lake Lure was impacted by Hurricane Helene in Sept 2024. While the area is rebuilding and many businesses are reopening, the lake remains closed. Our cottage continues to host peaceful, restorative stays, but some guests find limited activities. We recommend researching current conditions via local Facebook groups or the town website to best plan your trip.

‘Lure You Inn’ welcomes you to the Charming Town of Lake Lure. Modern amenities, peacefulness of mountain and lake views just minutes to main attractions of Chimney Rock, waterfalls and local trails. Deluxe Master Suite is located on the lower level with 2 large Patios, games, swings & views. The main level features, Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, Living/Dining room and Balcony with ample space for sit down meals, games, cooking and taking in the breathtaking views of Chimney Rock Mountain & Lake Lure.

The space:
This home is Clean, Safe and Serene. A great mix of modern and mountain living, staying connected while disconnecting. Spectacular Views from 2 of the bedrooms and 3 patios. Each Room has their own TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video and Plex with extremely fast internet access. Lower level Patios have 1 bed swing, 1 bench swing, and 2 hammock chair swings along with a picnic table. Cozy couches with an electric fire place and a large dining table. Interactive magnetic game wall upstairs and fun games downstairs. Electric Vehicle (EV) Level 2 Charging Station, 32 Amp. There is plenty of things to do and plenty of areas to do nothing. The entire home and property are exclusively for guests

Other things to note:
The home is licensed for 10 guests max. There are 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. Guest are free to use the 2 air mattresses and couch for additional sleeping space - Dogs are welcome at this home, there is a Pet cleaning fee option during checkout. The cleaners are notified of pets and instructed to take extra care and perform extensive cleaning to ensure the home is cleaned properly for future guests.
