I'd like to address the concerns you raised: Air Conditioning & Ventilation: You're absolutely right about August heat being challenging. We've since added additional fans and a window air-condition unit. Privacy & Window Coverings: The front rooms do have blinds, and we've since added coverings to the bathroom window. We're located in an extremely safe neighborhood where neighbors look out for each other. We usually do not look cars nor the front door. Water Quality: We provide Colorado Springs water, which is actually considered some of the world's finest mountain spring water. Like most homes outside Morrison, we're on well water rather than city water. Neighborhood Setting: We're in an extremely safe, quiet neighborhood where neighbors look out for each other - including a single mother with two children next door and serval single women across the street. We encourage guests to reach out with any questions during their stay, as we're always happy to provide local context and address concerns immediately.
