Everything was perfect. I would only suggest perhaps they put a grab bar in the showers for "older" adults. There was also no dishwasher soap and I did dishes by hand, but that's my normal routine. It was a lovely stay and perfect for our vacation. We look forward to booking again.

The home was wonderful and perfectly met our needs while in the area. The location cannot be surpassed! Walking distance to the downtown area, and close to main roads for easy access to whichever direction we went during the days. The host was very communicative and even covered a special request for an outdoor grill! Great time!

Getting to know you

We had a wonderful time getting to know Lodi better. The house is easy walking distance to restaurants, wineries, and shops. We also had the opportunity to hang out with friends without other distractions! Very special time!

This place is great! It’s very central, super walkable to all of the downtown shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is super cute. The house was clean and comfortable. My group of three cooked the first night and there was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. The owners are next door and communicative, but not intrusive. One of the beds did seem larger, so my group (three gals) rotated the smaller bed (would still fit two, just not quite as spaciously) so we each got a night to ourselves. I would definitely stay here again.

Another Great Stay

Everything about this home is wonderful. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, and plenty of space to lounge! We were a family of 6 and Debbie was so accommodating! She brought a blow up mattress for our grandkids to sleep on and had it all set up for our late arrival! She always leaves a little treat for us upon arrival. I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve stayed here. The property is in a nice quiet (and safe) location! We’ll see you again, Debbie!

Adorable

My family and I stayed spent 5 nights at this adorable place. The entire stay was easy and fabulous. The house is cozy and clean. The location was great for our 6 year old because it was 1 block from a nice park.Our only issue which was easily remedied was the air freshener that was plugged in was overwhelming and actually made me a bit ill the first day. We unplugged it and opened the door and problem solved. I suggest if you are sensitive to air fresheners to let Debbie know ahead of time. We would not let it stop is from renting again.Thanks for the great stay.

Delightful and comfortable stay!

This sweet little property was perfect for my husband, adult son and I to stay during Christmas celebrating with our Lodi family. It's perfect walking location to downtown made it extra special to enjoy my beautiful hometown. The home is well appointed with everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Best overall in our book for rental stays! Thank you for your attention to detail. It was a very nice time for all of us!

The Perfect Place!

If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, extremely nice spot with all the amenities near downtown Lodi, this is the place! Absolutely gorgeous inside & out and the location is perfect. Owner lives nearby and was very responsive any time we had a question or needed something. Highly recommended!!

Wonderful Stay

We were so thrilled with everything about our stay! Debbie was so accommodating. We arrived late in the evening so she had lights turned on for us and air conditioning was on so we could come in from the high temps and immediately feel refreshed. This is an older home that has been totally updated and is furnished with everything you could need. The beds were very comfortable. The home is within a short drive to downtown, which is both quaint and friendly! Wouldn’t have changed a thing! Debbie, thank you so much for your patience through our long journey to get there. We hope to stay at your home each time we come to Cali to visit our kids and grandkids!

Cute house! Loved the front porch! Nice, new appliances. Felt safe. Owners are friendly. We would stay here again. Does need cutting boards, though. They had something they might consider a cutting board, but it was too nice to use & because it was unsealed wood, it would have stained too easily.
