Ham Station is located in an established neighborhood in the southwest corner of the small town of Lodi. The family of the owner's have resided in the home for many years and enjoyed the to proximity to friendly neighbors and the large Beckman Park only one block away. The park is dog friendly, where your pup can run and play off leash. Shopping is easy, just a short drive away to major shopping centers and restaurants. Situated on the edge of town, the neighborhood still provides the open country rural views as you arrive while offering the conveniences of town.

Ham Station has all of the comforts of home and some extra touches to make your stay a great one. Each of the rooms are spacious and fully appointed for your comfort. There are several options for your group to share time together or retreat to separate indoor or outdoor spaces for privacy or work tasks. The garage is available for protected parking and there are several on-street and driveway parking options for your convenience. The neighborhood is great for long walks, and you are welcome to bring your dog along with you. The furnishings are new and the kitchen is well appointed for meals in. The fenced back yard has a patio for BBQ and dining and to enjoy the temperate Lodi weather.
