Be our first guests to relax in our newly remodeled home, work done by the owners, with hand-crafted, custom touches throughout. Truly unique, and perfect for your family getaway! Skiing to hiking, ice fishing to kayaking, fine dining to casual eateries, wine bars to breweries, it's all here for you!
Sleeps 6 guests in spacious 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, comfortable bedding and fluffy towels, bath/shower amenities, dining room for 6, fully stocked kitchen, coutner seating for 3, wine/beverage fridge, laundry nook with washer, dryer, folding counter, fitness area, ping pong table, deck with seating and dining table, gas grill, ski and boot storage, large closets, driveway parking for 2 cars/SUV/truck, extra guest parking across street.
The one of a kind main floor full bathroom has a copper sink in a custom whiskey barrel, brick shower tile and barn wood accents.
Cozy rustic leather sectional with custom Colorado moss rock fireplace with railroad tie mantel, functional full stocked kitchen with all the cooking and entertaining essentials, plenty of seating at counter and dining table. Buffet for serving and bar area with wine/beverage fridge.

Welcome to our home where we spend part of the year, sharing with family and friends alike! We fell in love with CO after visiting Breckenridge for the first time in 2019. We relocated from the east coast in 2020 and have spent the last few years exploring all that Summit County and CO have to offer, along with fully remodeling our home for all to enjoy! We are happy to share with you and hope you treat it as your own home away from home! We have personally remodeled and customized this home with unique, rustic touches all envisioned and constructed by my son. His experience shines from working for a custom home builder in Breckenridge as we incorporated thoughtful ideas and amazing finishes into our home. You will not find another home in our development with such attention to detail and completely updated from top to bottom. We hope you love it as much as we do, and have the best time enjoying and making memories in Summit County!
